I didn’t like that you don’t have a refrigerator or a microwave in your room. I’ve paid less for high end rooms with all the amenities. Maybe the hotel should offer the microwave upon checking in as I was unaware you had to “order” a microwave prior to.

The property is in a great location. Walking distance from multiple stores and restaurants. The parking garage they tell you about is at least a 5 min walk so be prepared for that.

I am very sensitive to dust, and when I come into contact with dust my eyes water. The dust was present, but insignificant.

Convenient location in the very center of the city. Most of the places we wanted to visit were nearby. I liked the fact that the hotel has a gym and a water fountain. It was also nice to have a coffee machine in the room and everything you need for it. Beautiful views of the city from the window. Friendly staff who are always ready to answer all questions.

Check in was a breeze! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. This hotel was in close proximity to all the attractions on my bucket list. Overall I had a great experience. When I visit Chicago again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Nice location and facilities in the hotel. Check in and out was very easy and straightforward. Very nice breakfast and a place to relax in the evening available downstairs. Parking is nearby and easily accessible.

There is a lot to like about this place. Everything was well maintained and the staff was great. The room had some fairly cool views. (See picture) There was a restaurant called The Elephant and Castle that can be accessed through the lobby that was designed to be like an English Pub and it was really good.

Getting to the property is difficult. Especially for people using a wheelchair. It’s very bumpy and very small and very difficult to get into the hotel. The staff was amazingly excellent at making sure I had what I needed. Adrion was excellent!!! You should do everything you can to keep her as an employee, give her a raise, give her some additional time off. Companies are only as good as their employees and you’ve got a diamond.

Exceeded our expectations, especially given the location and price. Spacious, quiet room, hot, easy to use shower, comfortable bed with blackout curtains. We could walk or easily take the L everywhere.

Well, I didn't like the view from my room. The lamp at the table broke down on the 2nd or 3rd day of my stay but I didn't report it as I was busy. There was no fridge to put my food (milk and yoghurt) that I wanted to buy for breakfast.

Location was excellent. Room & toilet were spacious. Bed was adequately big. I like the free use of laundry with detergent and dryer. It really helped me for my 2 weeks stay in Chicago and I appreciate that. I also like the recycle water bottle made available at the communal area with free flow of water. Also the ice available was good! I requested for a kettle and was given one. So all very good.
