Just the location, nothing else.

The experience was terrible. The photos they publish do not belong to this hotel, but to another with the same name located across from Trump Tower. The cleanliness was awful: we found a pizza box inside the room, the curtains were dusty, and there was a strong smell of humidity. Everything looked dirty and neglected, from the hallways to the common areas, which also had a musty, old odor. The front desk service was equally poor; the check-in was done in a very unprofessional and careless manner. In conclusion, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially considering the price they charge.

What I appreciated the most was the hotel’s central location, which made it really easy to explore the city on foot and reach the main attractions

The room was disappointing: stained carpet, worn-out furniture, and a space much smaller than advertised in the photos. For the quality offered, the price felt unreasonably high. On top of that, parking wasn’t on site but in a partnered lot about a ten-minute walk away, which was quite inconvenient.

The location was excellent, the parking discount was cost effective and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great location.

Mold in all the vents in the room. Room smelled moldy, bathroom sink leaked all over the floor. Laundry room was directly across the hall from our room. There were non-staff doing laundry and hanging out in there constantly! Very loud!

The property is in a great location. Walking distance from multiple stores and restaurants. The parking garage they tell you about is at least a 5 min walk so be prepared for that.

I didn’t like that you don’t have a refrigerator or a microwave in your room. I’ve paid less for high end rooms with all the amenities. Maybe the hotel should offer the microwave upon checking in as I was unaware you had to “order” a microwave prior to.

Location is great. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean.

Super long and narrow hallways

They damaged my luggage, fully destroyed lock on it, I was almost late on the flight waiting for our luggage form their storage room, and after 30 min they brought it damaged and almost destroyed, it looked like someone tried to open it, o have all pictures with dates and location, reception guy tried to call his manager and get compensation, After waiting 15 min more he confirmed we will get compensation on it, and we should not be worried, nothing after month: we sent emails text, booking messages, no replies!!! It’s horrible experience and flight with damaged luggage after was not fun.

Convenient location in the very center of the city. Most of the places we wanted to visit were nearby. I liked the fact that the hotel has a gym and a water fountain. It was also nice to have a coffee machine in the room and everything you need for it. Beautiful views of the city from the window. Friendly staff who are always ready to answer all questions.

I am very sensitive to dust, and when I come into contact with dust my eyes water. The dust was present, but insignificant.
