Great location for us. Loved restaurant and coffee shop right there.

Noise level Saturday night was quite high - lots of loud music and partying going on.

Comfortable bed

Noisy room, AC was useless because of the noise it did. Lots of parasite noises, the fan on the WC woke up everyone when someone went to the WC.

Room and bed were fantastic. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Loved having woods coffee next door! Was nice to go sit and have a coffee there.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If the front desk ever offers you a "room near the pool", do not accept it! Those rooms are absolutely awful and not worth the price you pay. The carpet was dirty, there were stains in the toilet, and I even found hair in the bath towel — so DISGUSTING! When we first entered the room, none of the lights worked except the one in the bathroom, and the bedside lamp charger didn’t work either. If you plan to book this hotel, make sure to confirm that you won’t be placed in one of those pool-facing rooms outside of the main building. We arrived around midnight, exhausted and hoping for a clean, bright room to rest in. But as soon as we opened the door, we were shocked. Despite booking several months in advance, we were given such a terrible room that felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel. That night, we immediately asked to change rooms, but the night staff refused, saying the hotel was fully booked. The next day, we tried to complain to the manager, but they were never around during their supposed working hours — unbelievably irresponsible! Luckily, one of the front desk ladies was very kind and helpful. After hearing our complaint the next morning, she immediately arranged a room change for us. The room inside the main building was much better and completely different from the awful pool-facing one.

Parking was Close to entry. In room Starbucks coffee with real half n half creamer. Pillow firmness and bed firmness options (2 double bed room) Laundry bag provided Dark blackout curtains were good. Great location

Difficult heating/cooling to achieve a comfortable temperature & fan was always on High even when showing low on thermostat. When the A/C came on, it was like an icy wind blowing on me when working at the desk set up near it. The desk chair did not adjust high enough. Could not find check out time shown in an email, booking, no where. Had to call front desk to find out. No bathroom separate fan/light option. Light was always on with fan on. Too many emails/messages received

The front desk staff were nice.

The pictures for this hotel are misleading. This hotel is definitely older and not updated. Everything seemed dirty but recently cleaned if that makes sense. Carpets are old and stained. Countertops, showers and mirrors are stained from being so old. This hotel definitely needs updated.

The staff were very professional and pleasant. It was also nice that we could bring our puppy with us. It was an added bonus.
