Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast isn’t very good. Feels like a hangover from Covid. Needs to be improved.

A long wait for elevators, suggesting not all were working.
Good location for a downtown dinner and drinks. We were able to check in early.

The rooms didn’t feel clean. And when we got into bed (around 10:15) we could feel little crumbs in the sheets. It was completely unsettling but because we were totally exhausted, we just went to sleep.
The pool was perfect for all ages. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location location location. Close to Pybus and all the riverfront trail. In downtown so all there was walkable.

It's getting old, and the bar at the top of the hotel has been closed for several years now. I think this will be my last stay at this hotel. I have been staying here for several years, and they have not improved any of the facilities. Only two of the three elevators have been operational, and they are very slow. Long waits for them.
As usual, it was convenient, and the staff is always helpful.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have a laundry room, and the breakfast isn’t something to write home about. Cereal, yogurt, juice in cartons, pastries, frozen breakfast sandwiches you microwave. Remodeling so no roof top bar and grill

Pillows on bed were awful. Way to hard, like they were old. Breakfast was all prepackaged and limited options.

Remove trash bags from upstairs hallways. Rooms are a bit dark.
Breakfast was all packaged items including hard boiled eggs. Adequate if you can tolerate sweetened oatmeal & yogurt. Room coffee was Starbucks Verona whichI enjoyed. Room was comfortable, quiet, & spacious.

The breakfast needs improvement. Liked the hot tub pool hours!! Early till midnight, excellent!!! And the hot tub was nice and hot and clean. Room needs a microwave.
Everything except I'd love a warm breakfast. Tyler at the front desk provided excellent customer service!

Coast Wenatchee is a solid hotel you can always count on for a clean, comfortable stay. We especially like the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs. We’ve stayed at the Coast many times over the years and have never been disappointed. Sometimes we go over from the west side for a night or two to just get away and soak up a little sun by the pool. We don’t even consider staying somewhere else.

The beds seem old but comfortable, the sheets however are terrible and kept slipping off the mattress exposing the bare mattress. The room was clean but had a very old unpleasant smell to it. I also didn't realize our room didn't have a microwave. The pool was also freezing.

Breakfast is in very poor condition , there were just small room with little choices of food (mostly are cold) offered , and there is no decent restaurant , people are sitting in lobby to have breakfast, unbelievable!
Hotel room is clean , the bed is comfortable, the lobby is beautiful with Xmas decoration , and there are free tea and coffee offered to the guests

Continental Breakfast were all frozen, pre-packaged food. Not a lot of place to sit and eat breakfast. Please consider modifying this part. Not sure if coffee machine in the room was clean. On/off button of the coffee machine was worn.
