Nothing really that I didn't like. Breakfast was minimal, but expected. Overall nothing really bad to say.

Katie, at the front desk, was super helpful as Booking.com did not send them my confirmation. After she called booking.com and they could not figure out why, she honored that reservation and got me my room. This all took over 45 minutes. I wasn't in any hurry and no one else was checking in, so it was fine. But she didn't have to go to the extent that she did to accommodate me. And when I checked out the following morning, the gentleman there apologized again for the inconvenience and wished me safe travels. Wonderful experience and hotel. Close to the interstate, but did not hear any traffic and was a 4 minute walk to a very nice restaurant. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Getting into tub was a bit tricky for and not having "grips" in the tub was safe.

The bathroom floor and door were not clean properly. Floor was so sticky we had to lay towels down so we could walk on them. When we first arrived at the room, there was a strong fishy smell.

Our king mattress was worn out! They needed to flip the mattress or replace it. Definite slots in the mattress on each side. If you got out of the slots you would roll back down in them.

I didn’t like how the staff acted towards my husband on the first stay, we showed up on time for check in and they stated they needed more time. We were very tired from traveling and just wanted our room. The second trip back was kind of disturbing, they put us into a hearing impaired room and the only reason I can figure is that my husband wouldn’t listen to them and kept asking if they had a room ready on the first travel. Honestly conduct your business better or you will get not one person coming through. Don’t be childish. People travel a ways and are tired, you should have more compassion for people or get out of the business.

The rooms were clean and it was quiet. The pool was nice. Breakfast was decent, hot food, orange juice was not orange at all.

I usually get a queen studio room so it has two televisions allowing my kids another option of entertainment in the room. The second tv wasn't working, but I didn't ask to have it fixed this time. This is a problem I've encountered a few times but overall it's a minor inconvenience and doesn't affect my opinion of the room or the staff of the hotel. The only other issue I had was I had three bottles of conditioner and no shampoo. Once again minor inconvenience. Overall petty issues that were easily fixed.

This hotel always feels like home. The staff is efficient and accommodating. The attention to detail is amazing the staff is willing to fix any issues that arise. We were told the pool was open until 10 and the lights were out at 9. However the staff made sure it was usable when we asked if it was open, even checked the chemicals. This is the best hotel in the area when looking for a very comfortable night away from home.
