You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good basic hotel for overnight stay while traveling. Clean, friendly staff, and ok breakfast. Noise from adjacent rooms can be heard (one room next to ours was talking loud late into the night and early morning. Good value and clean.

United States of AmericaIt appears that my problem was with booking.com, not the motel. I noted when I was making my reservations that I was traveling with a well-behaved dog. The response was that was fine and there was no additional charge. When I checked in, my dog was “welcome” but for an additional $25. ($26.50) and was truly only welcome if 30 pounds or less. I would not have taken the dog if I had been given good information.

Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Anything i needed the staff was willing to provide. Breakfast was fantastic and oh so needed. The jacuzzi was perfectly clean and comfy!

IndonesiaThe facility advertises a fitness room, but the room also had a laundry facility and the treadmill was badly out of order. My biggest problem is that the TV cable system at this hotel is incomprehensible, and the remote in my room barely worked. The channel guide and channels shown on the screen did not align with the programming. Additionally, all the local channels were blacked out so I had to rely on my phone to watch football and local weather. Due to its proximity to my family, I will probably stay here again, but I might buy a gym membership in Erie next time.
The hotel was located close to my family. Overall, the facility was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice.

United States of AmericaWhile the lobby was nice, the configuration was rather odd. The breakfast area was small and would be tight if the rooms were sold out. No Elevator, Guests staying on the second floor had to use stairs, with their room key to access the second floor.
The location was quiet, yet convenient access to major roads. No discernible noise bleed from the highways compared to other hotels in the area. Lobby was nice, coffee and tea available all the time. Rooms were rather large, clean, and not in need of major updates. Overall a nice property and a good value for the area.
