Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front desk was training someone. Very slow check in. We checked in at same time as friend and heard the speal. Still did the whole thing again
Stayed in a handicap room, large bathroom. The coffee nake didn't work. Switch may have been broken but had coffee from breakfast area, good! Comfortable bed.

The doors shutting and busy night at the hotel made it a little hard to sleep. There were doors shutting loudly all through the night.
The staff were awesome! They took care of all of our needs even though they were having staffing challenges on such a busy weekend with Risefest!! The extra they put in offering evening meals and eggs "to order" in the morning was above and beyond!

It took a long time to get checked in (around 15 minutes). We are not sure if it was a computer glitch or an employee that was not completely trained.
It was very comfortable. We needed to leave before breakfast so we can't comment.

The lack of insulation in the walls. Could hear everything, from spouse using bathroom to outside door opening and closing.
Staff was all polite and friendly. Closeness to the Wedding Venue. Pet friendly. Breakfast was great. The employee in charge of breakfast was friendly and kept the area clean.

Breakfast was minimal compared to other places I've stayed. Coffee maker in my room didn't work and they couldn't offer me a replacement. Carpets in main areas were stained and dirty. Price was high for the value.

When we walked into our first room, it was only half cleaned. One of the beds was stripped down, there was towels laying on the floor, and garbage in the bathroom. It was as if the cleaning staff started cleaning the room and then bailed? When we went to the front desk to get a new room, they were very apologetic and got us a new room right away! Our second room seemed clean but I did find some garbage under the desk in the room. So perhaps the cleaning staff needs to make sure they are thoroughly cleaning the rooms. The best was not the most comfortable. It was very firm, where as I much prefer a softer bed. So it really boils down to preference. The rooms are very basic. That’s not a bad thing! But if you are looking for fancy, upscale rooms with all the bells and whistles, this hotel is not it. Again, that’s not a bad thing! Just something to make note of.
The hotel was easy to find and there were several food options near by. The staff was very nice and created us with a lot of enthusiasm! The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe when we got back to the hotel late at night. We didn’t make it down for breakfast, but the food smelled good and the lobby area felt cozy and had a seating area to hang out in. It wasn’t an overly large hotel, but it was still nice. We just needed a cheaper place to crash for the night and this hotel fit that need. I don’t think we would stay for an extended amount of time, but for a 1 night stay it was great.
