Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hot breakfast items were room temperature. The cost for one night was expensive (but comparable to other hotels in the area).

Had to ask for towels and washcloths every single day. The maids wouldn’t let me grab them off their carts. They’d make me walk to the front desk to get them. Discussed with front desk and was told they’d bring towels every day. That only happened the next day. We were there for about a week and it was an ongoing issue.
Beds comfortable, fridge and microwave were great. Nice location walking distance to restaurants. Right by bridge. Not a lot of traffic. Minutes to Duluth tourist areas.

There were no channel lists in the room. Nothing about the restaurant on site

Thought the price was a little high for Superior but it could have been because of the event going on in Duluth.
Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. Front desk people were very nice. Everything was new.

The water in the shower is backward in room 401..so ran it for a while and it was still cold. Once figured out, the shower was great. Breakfast was ok. Could have had a bit more variety or more quantities of items.

The breakfast wasn't the best and we weren't able to use the pool due to the overwhelming smell of chlorine. Also, there seemed to be a short in the electrical as the bedside lamp worked only part of the time (even after they changed the bulbs) and the electricity in the electricity went out altogether in the bathroom on the last day
The cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent. The bed was great and the bathroom was roomy. The staff was super nice. The aesthetics were pleasant and the location was very good. We felt safe here.

The continental breakfast was not opened on time on our first day! I think they had staff issues, the second day was better and the breakfast was great! Alot of different selections. Also I didn't feel we had enough TV channels. Need more movie and shows channels!
Was very clean! Quiet and cozy. Lot of places nearby to walk to.

We arived early in the afternoon on a Friday but were not allowed to check-in. We were told check in was at 3:00 and that rooms had to be cleaned. Our daughter was staying at the hotel too so we went up to her room. We didn’t see any cleaning carts on the floor so I’m thinking there were rooms available.
Very clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

"Breakfast" left a lot to be desired, sounded like elephants in the room above us, TV did not have CBS or NBC channels available and WAY too many shopping channels

If there was one opportunity for improvement would be having a room further to ground floor. Had a dog and a forth floor room, albeit right next to exit stairs. A very minor issue.
Decided to stay in Superior vs. Duluth. Enjoyed seeing Superior and revitalization. Hotel was full, breakfast had options both hot and cold. Would definitely stay again for future visits. Hotel check in and check out: professional and efficient.

The only thing was that the pullout bed had the typical thin mattress, so it was not very comfortable.
The room was great. With the separate seating area, it was great for my grand nephew. The staff was wonerful.it was a great weekend for my family.

The pool was so cold that we couldn't use it and the lights weren't on in the pool room.
