The included breakfast was just ok but that's to be expected, there was a small variety of choices. I did eat there almost every morning as it was convenient.

The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, near some shopping and eateries with a very good restaurant right across the street (The Hangar).

The staff was very nice at checkin and checkout. They let me use the shower before departing even few hours after the checkout and I really appreciated that. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The laundry was available 24/7 with coins.

they didn't allow more than an hour extra for check out- which is understandable so the housekeepers can do their job. oh and apparently you could hear my son all the way in the lobby - when he wasn't even talking that loud. He's 1.5 and loves to talk. there were no complaints, just when my husband went outside he could hear him. and our room was at the other end of the hall.

everything was good, as expected. there was nothing that was exceptionally good/bad.

The bed was extremely hard, we have never slept in a hotel bed like that before. Couldn't believe how uncomfortable it was, especially for a suite. At any hotel, where you sleep is the most important. Also at breakfast, the waffle maker is very old and the material is chipping off, causing waffles to stick inside even after spraying with the non stick spray
