Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were on the first floor and the window latch was broken. Other than that no complaints.
The water pressure is awesome and no issue with standing still water big deal for us. Breakfast was good. The room is clean and beds are tall. So if your a short person a little hard to get into😊

Staff was not friendly. She acted like it was a bother to wait on me. I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes before she ever came out of the back room. I didn't like being charged for things I did not use or have. I had to ask for a receipt at check out. Good thing I did! I was charged for a pet that I did not have. Night manager said he saw a cat in my window, but that wasn't true and what is he doing looking in my window, that's creepy. I don't have a pet nor do I ever intend on getting one. Front desk girl went into hiding to call the manager. When she came out she didn't even say one word to me.
Nice variety of breakfast options available. Beds are comfortable.

A single woman placed at the furtherest end of the hall, I did not feel completely safe. You need to rethink the ice and vending machine locations, which is centrally located, makes it easier for all ages.
The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was poorly supervised. Tables were together so there were fewer places to sit (5 kids at a table for10). Coffee ran out around 8 am on Saturday, same with bacon and eggs.
Comfortable beds, close to our destination. Front desk person was very helpful but appeared to be going too many directions at one time.

It doesn’t have an elevator.
I have a hard time using stairs and the staff was able to let us have a ground floor room. Much better than than most motel breakfasts. I could also see my car from my room.

Only bad thing was that my husband noticed our room smelled like dog. He is very sensitive to the smells.
The staff were all very polite, positive, and accomodating! We even received a call after we settled in, just to ask if our room was satisfactory! I have never had that happen before! The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have had.

Could have more coffee with breakfast, both were empty when we came down, however we did come 15 minutes before it ended. Not a deal breaker.
We first checked in to a room in the hot water was not working. However we were upgraded to a different room immediately where the water was working just fine. The room was clean had a nice view of trees outback, bed was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with any requests that we had including lighting the fire pit out back to enjoy our night.

The breakfast wasn’t good very sparse things were not replaced or ran out there was no butter for the waffles coffee wasn’t refilled. We had big long black hairs in the bathroom. wrapped in the shower curtain. tub didn’t drain well.

There were people installing new locks on the doors until 7:00 pm, I couldn’t sleep because of the noise
