I booked a king bed a month in advance and it was not available at check in.

We weren't thrilled about a room on the 2nd floor and no elevator. A bit challenging for two ladies in their 70s.

Breakfast was good. Several options. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel was quiet.

The breakfast was okay. Took long to add more eggs and potatoes, taste was ok, nothing special.

The breakfast that was served during my stay was not good at all. The eggs were super dry and crumbly like a dried cookie. I may have just been unlucky and got there before it was refreshed and after the first group of people had their fill, but they weren't good. Same with the sausage pretty dried out and not very appetizing. Also, the gal at check out seemed like she was having a bad day and was very short and snippy, a complete 180 from the gal the night before. I know people have bad days, and maybe I caught her on one. But, that was just my experience.

This is going to be a love/hate review. The room was very good, spacious comfortable (although there is a ton of wasted space in the bathroom, almost like they decided against putting a sink in there. Instead there is a huge open space). The gal that checked me in couldn't have been more nice and friendly. The bed was comfortable, the AC/heater worked well and I didn't find it any more loud than other hotels. I loved, loved the recliner in the room. that was a fantastic little surprise. Pillows, like most hotels, left a lot to be desired but I always bring my own pillow with me when I travel for that very reason. Overall zero complaints with my room.

The bed was very high (but there was a stool in the room so it wasn't really a problem). There wasn't a grab bar in the shower.

Needs a handle in the shower. With the water softener they use make the shower slippery, definitely creating a potential falling hazard. Wi-Fi is poor.

Conveniently located, rooms were clean and quiet. Good breakfast.

Nice 2 queen beds in room. Best part was breakfast. They actually had almond milk which was great for our traveler who has a dairy allergy. She was able to eat milk on her cereal. Small assortment of goodies to purchase for snacks

This is the first time I can’t think of something I didn’t like about a hotel. I’ve traveled all around the country and stayed in hundreds of hotels that always give me something to complain about but not this one.

Great location. Easy to find being just off the highway. Very friendly staff which after long hours on the road makes all the difference. Underpriced compared to what they offer. Rooms are better than Hilton and Marriott. I will be looking for more Cobblestones along the way from now on.

The heating/cooling unit in the room had a very annoying noise when it was running. We told the front desk about this and they came down and checked, but basically said "all the rooms have this same issue so there is nothing we can do." We were forced to turn the unit off and sleep in a warm room. Not cool, pardon the pun.

Staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine. The room was well appointed and clean. The Inn felt new and well taken care of.

Unfortunately, we were on the highway side and there was a lot of truck Brake Jake noise through the night. Otherwise nice.

Room was comfortable. Beds were fine. Plenty of parking.

Wish I had known there was a second floor and no elevator. I would have requested a first-floor room when I booked. As I booked through a third party (Booking.com), the clerk said he was unable to accommodate that request when I arrived.

Location very good, as I was visiting family/friends in Manchester. Staff was awesome. As I had too much luggage to carry and no elevator to the second floor, the clerk offered to carry my large bag and I happily accepted his help.

AC/heating system was making a lot of noise (belt or fan) so I ended up having to turn it off to sleep. Not their fault in any way.

The room was well set up, clean and had everything I needed for the night.

WIFI was very poor with no signal in my room. No elevator. No pool.

Nice newer hotel. Room was very nice.
