Hot tub was great

Poor quality shower pressure and stream and tub very slippery. TV not set-up with channel information. Could not find any news channels. Internet did not work - front desk had to call internet provider.

Breakfast was better than most, however, attendant was pretty grumpy.

-BATHROOM WAS SMALL AND TILE FLOOR WAS CRACKED IN MANY SPOTS -THE ROOM WAS RIGHT ABOVE THE POOL AREA AND WEAHEARD KIDS ALL NIGHT UNTIL POOL CLOSE WHEN WE WERE TRYING TO SLEEP. WISH WERE TOLD ABOUT THAT BEFOREHAND11

The bed wasn't very comfortable, I felt like I didn't get much sleep.

The breakfast, was great. A good variety. The pool area was well-maintained. I was impressed that it looked like the pictures online. The staff was courteous 🙂

I was glad to have a breakfast in the hotel rather than traveling to a restaurant. The choices fit both our needs for breakfast and the fresh fruit was welcome. There were enough healthy options- yogurt, eggs and toast/ oatmeal. Thank you

Better food and u had handicap rm. Didn't ask for which is fune but shower was cold and wasn't easy to take shower had to rinse hair in sink

The whirlpool tub in the suite was broken. You could fill it with water, but when you pushed the button to start it, it did not work--actually a piece of it actually fell off. Also one of the lights at the bathroom sink area was flickering and we removed the blub due to the loose wires. We did not mention these to staff, since we were able to enjoy the first floor hot tub and pool whenever we wanted. Suite located right above pool area so between 9 and 10 pm it was noisy in our room with young children really enjoying the variety of special kid features in the pool area.

Wonderful choice of breakfast options. Staff friendly and courteous. Location was perfect for what we needed. Ample parking. Lovely detailed brochure with helpful information concerning restaurants, parks, entertainment, map, etc. provided in the lobby area for all to take.

The only problem we experienced was a woman who was letting her kids eat in the hot tub and was constantly spilling food in it.

The breakfast was exceptional. They had such a nice assortment of things including hot foods like eggs, ham and sausage. They also have a nice hot tub the jacuzzi in our room was definitely best though.

My group of 7 (having 4 rooms) had a nice afternoon playing cards by the pool being totally respectful of those around us. The desk clerk came out to us and told us we would have to put our food away because we were not allowed to have food at the pool. We were aware of this, however it was just light snacks, chips, cheese, and crackers. There was a larger group at the pool consisting of four adults and four young children all having beverages and food at their tables. At no time did she approach the other group telling them they could not have food in the pool. That was quite insulting from the daytime desk clerk. We did however tell her we put it away but the other group never put theirs away and they were never informed about it. The coffee was empty most of our stay out in the lobby area. And during breakfast, the coffee was empty more often than not. It wasn't crowded but seeing they just couldn't keep up with the coffee or maybe not made an attempt.

Breakfast was basic yet a nice start to the day. The pool was kept clean with plenty of towels. Having a bar in the hotel open in the evening was nice. We played cards in the pool area until the pool closed at 12:00. The desk clerk on third shift was very accommodating and let us play cards throughout the early mornings out in the lobby. There was no other place together outside of our room areas.

The woman working the evening shift and my check out morning was not very welcoming. Very abrupt and curt. Did not smile.

I love how spacious their ADA rooms are. The walk in shower is great for people with limited mobility. Beds are super comfy. The pool area and pool are clean and welcoming. The area is brightly lit.
