Pillow top mattress was too soft. Pretty tight quarters around the toilet. Bathroom mirror was too high up for my short wife to do her hair.

Really cute little spot! Stayed here while visiting NJ for a friend's wedding. I wanted to save some money, so I chose this motel. Whenever you hear motel you get a little nervous, especially when traveling alone, but this spot exceeded my expectations. Joe was so friendly and my room was very comfortable and cozy. To the people that might be reconsidering booking due to the very few negative reviews....this is a motel, not a 5-star luxury hotel, you gotta adjust your expectations (not that I found anything wrong with my stay). It did the job and for a motel it checked all the boxes, felt safe, clean, comfortable and I even saved a few bucks.

Nothing against the place, but I had the communicate through the owners by text message. I'm an old-fashioned person, meaning I would have liked to met them in person.

I like that the room was comfortable. Also had a lot of space to move around. As a bonus, they also had Roku TV so if you wanted to stream stuff online, you can log on and do it (just make sure you log off before you leave).

It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee, which is pretty standard for most rentals.

Comfortable and clean. Easy check- in/out. 30 minutes from Bushkill Falls. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. We hiked through Stokes State Park, visited the Chocolate Goat gift and chocolate shop, and an antique mall.

There were no shelves or hooks in the bathroom. Nowhere to put towels or toiletries.

We stayed here to make a stop while leaving NYC headed towards upstate NY, so se just needed a place to sleep, and we were pleased to find a room with a fair price, clean, nicely decorated. It is not large, but it perfectly catered to our needs. Be sure to visit the bakery sitting just across Rte 206 for a great breakfast!

No complaints from us.

We were looking for an inexpensive place while traveling home from an event. We were really happy with our room. Nothing fancy, this is an old-style motor-inn, which was perfect for our needs. Two extremely comfy beds, a clean bathroom and a friendly host who gave us a great recommendation for dinner that night. Why pay for the extra stuff you never use? I'll stay again the next time I'm driving through.

One of the two rooms we had smelled of stale cigarette smoke. This is a hard smell to eliminate and I am very sensitive to it.

Super cute and comfortable interior. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Friendly staff. Easy and convenient. Bakery across street with good coffee. (Must drive across highway).

The air conditioning could have been better. The room was very tight for us, and we had difficulty removing things from our suitcases.

We needed early access, as we were in Branchville to attend a viewing and funeral, and had inquired about getting in early. That became more important when our overnight hotel in Pennsylvania lost power as we were getting up in the morning. The manager was very accommodating. The weather was very hot and the air conditioning was not able to cool the room as much as we would have liked.

Do not let the outside of the motel fool you, it looks a little run down from the outside, but the inside is a completely different story.
