Everything was great!

Apartment and resort are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need and more! From the kitchen to beach supplies, it was all there! The property is well maintained and questions for host were answered very quickly. We would definitely consider coming again.

Not walkable, but we rented a car so we didn't mind. There was some construction outside our unit upstairs for a couple of mornings, but didn't start too early... Not sure how long that will last. Bed in master suite was a little firm for me.

Absolutely fantastic! The hosts thought of everything- from all the beach gear to a fully stocked kitchen to laundry stuff. Plenty of space for our family of four (including two teenagers). Finishes are modern, everything was super clean. Nice gym and tennis courts (hosts had racquets and balls!). We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and nice... Never crowded. Great location-away from the city, but close enough to drive in. Within 20 minutes of several gorgeous beaches!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coconut at Shores! The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and easy to access. With a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed morning walks and evening sunsets. We are definitely returning!

Very noisy from apartment above. Luckily it seemed empty for half our trip but once people moved in, the sound from footsteps was really quite bad (might have been the holiday makers being heavy footed also so may not apply to all)

Excellent apartment with everything you could need. Kitchen in particular was really well stocked with more utensils, plates, glasses etc than you could require. Nice patio for relaxing in the evening and nice quiet location (albeit everything is a drive away) Contrary to a couple of other reviews, we had excellent experiences with the hosts when we had a very small issue they were really quick to respond and help us resolve immediately which we appreciated

The communication with the renter were not easy. Our question where the bikes (that were mentioned in the description) were, was not answered, although we asked via phone and via booking. I guess the renters were just very busy....

The appartment is extraodinarily beautiful and well-equipped: Good beds in the bedrooms, a modern kitchen, wonderful eating places, modern large bathrooms, modern washing machine, beach equipment - everything the heart desires.

There's nothing to complain about, I just missed a luggage tray. This is really being picky here. Everything was excellent in the property.

The flat contains everything you may need for an excellent vacation. The location is probably the best on the island, close to prestige beaches, supermarkets, and airport (but not close enough to be annoying). The neighborhood and facilities are maintained to pristine state. If you like to cook, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. If you don't, you have a vast selection of restaurants nearby. The pool is great, the ammock very comfy.

Asked to wash & dry used towels before check out, cleaning conditions (floor, bathrooms, sinks), towels (too smelly, washed for a week but still remained mop smell), not properly working vacuum cleaner (after every 20sec kept stopping).

Very well designed resort (paradise, everything equipped more than what you need, perfect location to stay for travellers in the island, spacious)

No communication with hosts. We arrived one hour earlier because a flight change, we tried to call and email the property many times to try and access a few minutes earlier with no success. We traveled with a 2 year old that needed to diaper change and was very hot outside so that was a not easy start of our vacation. We had a few questions about the property later but no response so we decided not keeping trying. Would recommend to be more available for the visitors in case any emergency occurs.

Clean and spacious unit. Very well equipped kitchen, bathrooms, vacation equipment. Beautiful unit and facilities. All appliances and equipment in the unit are high quality and work perfectly. Overall we are very happy with the unit.

We loved all the space and modern appliances with quality kitchen tools/utensils. All the beach gear was a very nice bonus. The pool and hot tub were wonderful too…

We loved it all.

We appreciated how comfortable the condo is and how well stocked. It had everything we needed for a wonderful two weeks on the Big Island. The owners have stocked the kitchen well and have provided beach supplies including a beach wagon, toys, floaties, everything you can imagine.

The fan didn’t work in king bedroom. The toilet paper holder in the master fell off. I submitted these issues, but they weren’t resolved in the time we were there.

Another time I’d look for a top floor. The 4 people above us were loud, and up until 2:00-3:00 a.m. every night. Lots of clomping around. Last, would have preferred a king bed in the master. We switched from the 2nd bedroom which had a king because of the noise above us. Last, again, the people above us left something out on their balcony for our full stay which rolled/clattered around in the wind. Not so relaxing to sit outside.

Kitchen was well equipped. Having access to bikes and beach gear was great. The shower and tub were terrific.

Very nice accommodations. Great closet full of out door supplies to use while we were there. Beach wagon was so helpful unloading car. Great lanai and pool. Nice linens to use. Loved the coffee pods. Take me back to this lovely place.

Minor issues, Screen doors were hard to open and close, Master bathroom vent fan was too loud.

Patio, Pool, Location, Free coffee, Kitchen had everything, all the comforts of home. Owners we’re very responsive and nice.

Location is great and amenities were incredible. There are towels, beach toys, bikes, chairs, anything you can imagine wanting for a day at the beach. While Waikoloa is a bit isolated in and of itself, the condo is perfectly situated within its own community that has shops, restaurants, and beach access within walking distance. My family really enjoyed our stay here.
