Location, friendly felt safe although we were the only family everybody was friendly to our children. Very sociable close to the beach close to shops, friendly staff, comfortable room and good facilities.

I found it odd that there was only 1 full length mirror in the 2nd bedroom, and not one in the master…glad there was one though

I'm not sure what some people are complaining about. The units are big and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Location is amazing. But most of all these are the nicest people in Florida, every single one of them. Loved or stay and will be back.

young lady at the front desk very rough. Asked her for a late check out and she said not possible at all but 10.30am should be ok. So 30min later than usual check out. I said to her she should put a note in her computer that everybody knows we stay 30min longer. Check out day at 10am she called me we should immediately check out. Thanks for nothing young lady. Please realize in hotel business you should treat people more friendly because they paying a lot of money.

Apartement is very big so for families recommending. Free parking. Pool area with jacuzzi very nice. Grills ready to use. Good company. Water with boats behind the hotel so nice atmosphere.

We had a few issues during our stay. However, the manager was amazing and went above and beyond to make up for them. We were very pleased overall, mostly because of the manager.

Pool and hot tub area were very nice and the size of the 2 bedroom unit was great. Very comfortable beds and a large, screened in balcony.

There weren’t a lot of restaurant options close by, however they were a quick Uber drive away, or used delivery. This would not deter me from staying here again! Was great!

I didn't like the additional deposit they require once you check in. It is always about money, money, money.

I liked that the location was right on the pier and we were able to walk around back and see about 10 yachts.

Fort Lauderdale Beach was just 5 minutes walk and the restaurants by the beach. 711 is just next door making it very convenient. Kitchen was fully furbished with mixer toaster etc. making it easy to cook.

We only stayed overnight for a cruise. I found nothing I did not like during that short stay.

It was Thanksgiving. We informed the resort we would be arriving late and they responded with instructions for a lockbox on the door with the key to get in. The condo was very clean, equipped with essentials and comfortable. I went out to my vehicle and the facility manager was passing by. He cheerfully greeted me, welcoming us to the resort and let me know the pool/jacuzzi was open 24hrs. He said he had cooked dinner for everyone at the resort that day. I would definitely recommend and I am sure the next time I stay in Ft. Lauderdale, it will be there.

Our first floor apartment’s sliding glass door’s lock broke on our first day, we reported it several times and it was never repaired. Other than this our stay was wonderful.
