The location and the grounds with pool being best.

The room sink drained slow, the toilet handle stuck and bugs were present.

The location was perfect, peaceful and surrounded by great amenities for the kids to enjoy. When we accidentally left behind my daughter’s bunny, the host contacted us immediately and even offered to meet us halfway, as we were already in Miami. Such kindness! A truly lovely place with equally lovely people. It was a highlight of our three-week holiday!

Room was clean and views were amazing.

Water pressure in shower would run very low at times and no way to block out light from parking area.

We were in room 12, which is essentially a dark basement (see photo taken mid-morning from the cramped bedroom) and not what we were looking for when we booked a hotel on the water. Also we were eaten alive by mosquitos, which may have been a function of the damp, dark room.

Great location.

tiny room (room# 17) with barely enough room to walk around. Ran out of hot water every shower after just a few minutes. No furniture in the room. This space is not a hotel room. Way over priced for this room. I'm sure the ocean side rooms were worth it. Book direct to ask questions, don't book with booking.com or others.

This was a great stay with all equipment for paddle boarding and kayaks. My son loved fishing, I love exploring on water and my daughter loved the pool. The fire at night was such a treat. It felt tropical and like a true vacation there!

Absolutely gorgeous property right on the water. The rooms are so nice, many with outside patios. The staff is helpful, friendly, accommodating. Little touches make it so warm and inviting... hotel cat, morning muffins delivered to your room, nightly fire with food to make smores. Kayaks on the property.

Beautiful situation, nice facilities outside. Lots beds around heated pool which we didn't use as weather wasn't great and went down the keys to tour around.

No fresh towels in 2 days. No trash emptied in 2 days we were there. Firstly couldn't get the shower to work. The nice man on reception came and informed us we had to pull the shower knob which we were reluctant to do as fearded wed break it. No hot water in shower on 2 occasions. Cold showers for us. A bit of a problem in kitchen area with, what I believe are sugar ants. ( They came from the basket with apples and muffins left in morning) for us. Coffee pods not replenished either.. which I find as a traveller from outside the USA very odd. Had to tell the nice lady on reception twice about the ants though to get our room sprayed. She was very apologetic , As she had forgotten. Maybe we were just unlucky? Very overpriced I thought. The weather wasn't great very windy and some rain. so we were unable to use the outdoor kayaks, paddle boards etc. not the hotels fault I know . They can't control the weather. it's a shame because after reading all the reviews I had really high hopes. The hotel we stayed in, in Miami beach was half the price and much better service. Maybe you are paying a premium for the lovely situation..

My husband and I enjoyed this secluded resort. They served wine and made s'more's! I personally the hammocks, wildlife , and ability to be outdoors at any hour. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable stay! The staff were so kind and helpful when it came to giving suggestions to local attractions. We will be coming to stay again!

Breakfast basket was same every day.
