For last-second locating. It was good. My previous location had a plumbing issue, sent me to their sister unit, not acceptable.

Didn’t have everything that was advertised. I’ve stayed here numerous times and this time was definitely not as good as my previous stays. I’ve always been in building 4. This time I was put in building 3, and not enough parking. Only 9 spaces for the entire building. Plus 3 handicap spots. The person who checked us in did not have the best attitude. He was very condescending and not helpful at all. Based on my experience this trip, I’m not sure I’d book here again.

Property was fine. Loved being right on the water with the ability to relax by the pool and still able to hear the waves crashing.

Having to pay for parking. No rec center or breakfast. The deep pool is like a sauna.

Hotel was older but they keep it very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. The location is so ideal for being close to Flagler

not enough parking, disappointed in view. paid up for oceanfront balcony. celebrating birthday with friends from california. selected hotel for oceanfront views. at check in verified the room was oceanfront balcony. however was given first floor and was right on the pool. no privacy. not a good view. requested different room, but was told no availability. would think the balcony oceanfront units are great.

The staff was luke warm at best. They would not go out of the way to satisfy your needs.

It’s a nice property that is right on the beach. They have several pools.

parking was tight and the water pressure was week. the sink in the bathroom had no water but was fixed the next morning. the pool closed kind of early and the elevators were very slow.

it was close to all the night life activities and the view from the balcony was nice.

We were supposed to have an ocean front room, however when we arrived the front desk told us the room we were supposed to be staying in had a maintenance issue. The room we stayed in was fairly clean, however the pull out couch was in desperate need of a new mattress. Cabinets in the kitchen had cheap repairs made to them and the bathroom had a damaged toilet paper holder. Decorative pillows on the bed has some stains on them as well.

Beach access is very convenient and having access to three pools was a huge bonus.

There were no movie channels on the TV or no movies to rent. I couldn’t believe we had to pay $10 a day for parking. All the other hotels I’ve stayed at at all the other beaches in Florida never charged for parking.

It was nice but very expensive but I was very disappointed because there were no movie channels. There was no HBO or Showtime. The only channels they had on the TV was basic cable and I thought with it’s $250 a night they should’ve at least have at least one or two movie channels

The place/room were dated. The remote for the tv in the gym was missing. A lightbulb in our bathroom was out. Didn’t like how we had to take our garbage out of our unit.

Couch was somewhat hard and uncomfortable. Checkout time was at 10. Would have liked it a little later.

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Pools were very nice and plenty of chairs. AC was loud in the bedrooms but overall wasn’t annoying. Would definitely recommend and we would book again.

The AC vent in the bedroom was VERY loud when it was running. There was no shampoo in one of the bathrooms, but we brought our own so that wasn't too big of a deal for us. Lastly, getting from the beach/pool area to the room was a little difficult having to go through the side of the building and back by the front desk just to get to the elevators.

We loved the location and multiple pools. The balcony was a nice size, and we could see the ocean from the side which was a nice added bonus we were not expecting. There were also plenty of extra sheets for the pull out and pillows which was great! The process to pay to park was super simple and a great experience.

Place needs a little TLC in some areas(renovation and sprucing up, etc) No ice machine, no vending machine, we happen to hear another guest ask about taking out our own trash before checking out and washing dishes which would have nice to know ahead of time, etc

Location to Flagler Ave, staff was very helpful and attentive, bring right on the beach, pool area clean and lots of seating.

When we got to the resort, we were told we had to pay $10 per car, per day, to park. This should have been stated on the website as we feel you should allow two cars per family with no extra fee and then add the extra fees for additional cars after that.

Enjoyed the beach, the pool and how close the walk was to Flagler Ave. We had a wonderful time.

The bed was not great, the head was lower than the foot. I did not like that I could only get more towels ect. on a specific day. Had to go up to the office ( different building) with a paper of what I thought I would need. Then have dirty out the night before. Then wait for clean to be delivered the next day. Which did not come that day. We were there for a week and were given 4 wash cloths so we ran out very quickly. The shower curtain was not installed well, so it placed the curtain outside of the shower pan, so, the floor flooded with every shower, using up more of our limited towels . It is clearly remodeled, but not well, floor slanted, furniture slanted, dresser drawers would not stay closed, doors would not stay open. These things did not ruin our vacation. But If I were the property owner I would want to correct them.

The location was great, very close to everything, walkable to restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach. Communication from the property was very good. easy check in.

The size and location of the condo was wonderful. Loved being so close to the beach and Flagler Avenue. The people were really nice and helpful.

The location was amazing and we had an ocean view room. The building itself is a bit beat up, torn awnings, peeling paint etc. the unit was nice but same thing with needing a little rehabbing and maybe new couch etc. All that being said the location was perfect (not far from downtown but far enough to avoid some of the craziness) and having a small pool to use was also nice. I would stay here again.
