We were already on our way when they called to say the hotel was overbooked. After a long conversation, they found a room. What I didn't like was the many cobwebs on the windows and on the terrace.

TV didn’t work. Called desk, guy took a quick look and said he’d return shortly with a fix. Never showed.

AC unit was right next to one of the beds, cold and loud.

Hotel was perfectly acceptable, the room had a mini fridge and microwave, shower worked well and there was a bathtub, free wifi was fast, many convenient stores in the area

I wasn’t informed that there was no exit to get to the property for miles, other people staying were loud and partying on the joint balcony all night.

There wasn't a way to lock the sliding doors to the outside and the room was on the ground floor. This seems like a security risk.

EXIT FROM I81 SOUTH WAS CLOSED SO DIFFICULT TO REACH

Facility was clean and quiet.. Very good value for a modest amount. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cobbs restaurant next door had very good meals at a modest price.

The TV remote never synced up with the cable TV INPUT so TV never used. The AC did not really work. Room was slightly humid all night long

AC unit was loud. Could hear upstairs walking or slammed the doors.

We like the price and value the property offers. it was decent. The AC unit was a bit loud but outside of that, everything works and super clean / well maintenance.

There is not 24 hour front desk staff, it was very difficult to check in at 8 PM and took about 20 minutes of standing there to get someone to come to the desk. The listing also states that there is 24 hour front desk, room, service, and a garden. None of that is true the listing should be updated..

Issues with the heater again it’s an older heater that hasn’t been replaced make sure you ask for a room with the updated heating ac system. Very hot in the room I let the guy in the evening know and he actually felt it too and saw that there was a problem.

The room wasn't clean. There was hair on the shower and the towel, I think after the new renovation they havnt been cleaned thoroughly. But the new rooms have been very nicely renovated. Shower is good and the location is very convenient. Everything is just near by walking distance!

Rooms are very nice after being remodeled However shower/bathroom still cold not sure if not enough insulation but have to shower leave the door open to the room for heat to come in 😭

The property is undergoing renovations, so there was a strong smell of paint. I understand renovations are needed, so I overlooked that. The beds were so hard, though. To my knowledge, I've never written a review about beds, but these were exceptionally hard. This is less of a complaint and more of a heads up, but make sure you lock the door that leads outside your room. I assumed at first that it was just a window, but ours was an unlocked door. This wasn't a terrible place to stay, but it wasn't my favorite.

I think the shower could be a little better, especially the showerhead they were using wasn’t shooting out enough water. That needs to be fixed. Also the room I had broken closet doors.

Honestly, I like the TV service many options. Enjoyed myself watching television great shows to channel no complaints there.
