Nothing wrong. The apartment is sea shore decorated and has a good feel to it. citizens. The apartment was on the ground floor, so you could hear someone walking above you. Didn't bother me.

Very nice apartment, very good location. I would recommend it and Hilton Head was beautiful. Great vacation.

Not ocean front like I thought and the place needed a good cleaning. Dusty and mold on the shower curtain. It's a long walk to the beach from our room and not really much parking close to the beach. Definitely bring water shoes if you want to walk to the beach. You have to walk through muddy sand and be careful because my fiance cut his foot in the muddy sand

The place was nice and quiet. I like the path they have around a little pond. The room was very pretty and decorated to feel like you were at the beach. I love the pools and the hot tub was nice and hot. The town was amazing and better than I expected.

Very disappointed with the “natural” beach. That is not indicated anywhere in the property description. Way to expensive given the lack of beach access. Lack of lighting in the condo.Very dark. Condo kitchen supplies and furniture needs updating. Air dryer was dirty, bottom oven drawer was dirty with old pans in it. A broken glass and lipstick on other glasses in cupboard. Some plates were dirty. We rewashed anything we used from the cupboards before we used them. TV remotes do not work and no satellite TV that we could find. We had to install the Roku app on our phones to even use the TVs. Back porch was dirty and wreaked of cigarette smoke.

The grounds and pool. Bathrooms were updated and had enough lighting. ReNell was very helpful and responsive. She brought some supplies and left them at the door.😊

My biggest complaint is the lack of cleaning, prep for our stay and the solutions available when I brought up my issues to the contact. Here are the examples along with pictures I took and sent the contact :The ceiling fan was covered in dust, the kitchen cabinets has old lettuce/spills caked on them, the showers were dirty with soaps/shampoos from the previous users, majority of the drawers/microwave were sticky and contained hair, dirty cups under the master bathroom sink, the patio smelled of cat pee and made you hold your breath when opening the door, the toys and beach equipment that was left to borrow were all dirty/smelly so we chose not to use them, majority of the remotes were dead for the tv's, we were only left one half roll of toilet paper in one of two bathrooms with no spare rolls, no extra trash bags were left for us, the entire information binder that was on the table for us to read was completely drenched in some liquid and looked like someone submerged it in a sink, MOLD growing in the coffee table from a spill someone never cleaned, There were plenty of unsecured wires/electronics on the entertainment center well within reach for crawling children, FYI to the owner every television have some type of photo slideshow that plays when the tv isn't active and it includes PERSONAL pictures of children in undergarments and you in the bubble bath. (I'm guessing you linked it to your phone library but please remove this asap as I'm sure others have seen it and I'm the first to say something.) We were upset that we had to go out on our vacation and buy toilet paper, trash bags and batteries when those things should be provided. When we sent pictures of our issues we were only offered to have housekeeping "come back" during our stay when we were there uncomfy and or while all of personal belongings are there and not liable to be there when we come back.

One of the only reason I didn't just try to book another condo after arriving was the location. The short walk to the beach, the pools and location itself was spectacular. The condo's decorations were cute but the uncleanliness took away from that. This place has the potential to be great but is in major need of a deep clean/better customer service. If I'm paying for a cleaning fee after me leaving shouldn't I arrive to a clean condo with more than a half roll of Toilet paper in one bathroom..? Things happen and I'm never one to leave any negative reviews. I will literally avoid confrontation at all costs but when there is mold growing in the coffee table, the place isn't clean enough for my kids to play and I have to fight the urge to deep clean this place on my vacation it really dissapoints me. I brought it to the contacts attention with proof and since I didn't want housekeeping to come clean infront of me on my vacation or without me there with my expensive personal belongings unpacked and uninsured from being taken it was just a "Okay! Keep me posted." We literally paid you to ensure we arrived at somewhat clean condo where our basic needs like toilet paper would be met.

Did not like the master bedroom. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and low to the floor. The sofa was also low to the floor and very uncomfortable. Also, if you are on the bottom floor, you can expect loud noise from the floor above. It was supposed to be quiet time from 10pm to 7am, but that rarely happened. I had to text the owner numerous times and also called security several times, but some people simply don't care about rules and regulations. Also, it was supposed to be an ocean front view, but it wasn't. Very disappointed about that. For the money we spent to stay, it was not the best.

We did enjoy the fact that we were able to cook most of our meals instead of going out to eat everyday.

Keys to indoor pool and sauna/gym were missing from the property. I informed owner and she said I would have to get the front gate person to let us in. We didn't end up bothering with it. The beach was nice at night, during day there is not much of a beach, as the tide is way out. We opted to visit a public beach instead.

Door code was easy to use and didn't have to worry about keys! Pools were nice and property grounds were relaxing and nicely laid out.
