We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesUpon arriving to our first room half the lights didn't work and the ac was set at 80. We quickly notified the front desk and asked if we could have another room. They politely said there weren't any other rooms available. We went back to our room to wait for the maintenance engineer to be notified. We were able to figure out the breaker was flipped for the lights, so we fixed that ourselves. About 20 minutes later the front desk called and said they were just notified the ac was out for that area of the hotel, where our room was located. After no ETA was given for ac being fixed, we were offered a new room at a discounted rate.
The front desk personnel were personable and courteous. They were able to set us up in a new room due to our original room lacking ac. The new room was even better with a larger shower. The beds were comfortable.

United KingdomThe location was a bit out of the way. And it was a really long walk from my room to the bar and pool. Also you have to get staff to let you into pool area but they were very busy behind bar with a queue for coffee. Also no restaurant on site. Just snacks.
The size of the room was great….had a sofa and kitchen which was great if you were staying longer! Clean fresh bedding and comfortable bed. Very clean spacious bathroom too. Lighting good Air con good.
