Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The breakfast selection was a little slim. The only hot selection was the waffles. There was the usual selection of refrigerated items and some fresh bananas. I'm not a big eater, so that wasn't a problem for me and it saved me from having to stop somewhere on my way out of town. I suspect there were only a handful of guests for them to feed anyway.
As a SWF traveling alone, I was a little worried at first, because the parking lot was almost empty when I arrived. It almost looked abandoned. But it was a Sunday night and road construction made it complicated enough that Google Maps brought me in through the back and I wasn't sure I was at the right place. Once inside, though, the staff was very friendly, cordial and helpful. One staff member even offered to carry my bag the very short distance from the ice machine to the car as I was preparing to check out the next morning. He held the door for me and offered a cold bottled water when he saw me filling my insulated bottle with tap water in the breakfast room. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I slept like a rock. There is plenty of illuminated parking, making it easy to park near an entrance close to my room. I felt safe when I was loading and unloading my car or going back out to grab things later. I wanted a room under $100 and a good night's sleep. I picked this one because it had good reviews compared all of the others at that price range.

Maybe a heads up on the road work for us out of towners would have been nice. Breakfast could be a bit bigger but it was not horrible by any means.
This hotel works great for us whenever in town. Location is good, although road work made it a little difficult to get to. The staff was wonderful to work with. The room was fine. Overall good job.

The room had an odor. Floor was a hard floor and I was sceptical of it's cleanliness. There were bathing products left from a previous guest. Previous stays were great but in rooms closer to the lobby.

the guests right above my room were noisy and kept me from getting a decent nights sleep. My key card didn't work right the second day I was there. It wouldn't unlock the door

The room was a little stuffy when we got in there, but nothing that 5 minutes with the a/c on couldn't solve. We weren't a fan of the bathroom light going on automatically when we get up in the middle of the night, but again, nothing that we couldn't deal with. The breakfast was a little skimpy, but cereal works.
The check in staff was very friendly and helpful. She made our stay comfortable and got us an extra towel.

We arrived during a pretty heavy rain and somebody had parked their car under the covered entrance to the office. We waited in our car for about 20 minutes for the car to move but it never did. It was still there an hour later when we went to get a bite to eat. Not cool for a first impression.
Easy to get to. Parking right outside the door. Separate breakfast room with a great breakfast selection. Great room. It was just what we needed.
