everyone that we encountered that where employed by the hotel were more helpful and very sociable. we really liked the rooftop pool and the breakfast that was included. the kitchen staff was very friendly and the food was good.

The hotel is a little worn, but honestly most beachfront hotels are. It met our needs.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Especially Chris and his daughter Vicki that worked in the breakfast area and Rosemary at the front desk. They always were helpful and had a smile. The breakfast that was included was the best I have had at any hotel.

The pool was rather cold. I would add a hot tub. The cleaning staff use the same elevator as the guests. If possible, it would be nice if they used it during low traffic hours. The giant trash bins in front of the parking garage entrance make it a little difficult to get in but they probably don’t have any other options.

Breakfast was good. Delightful staff provided music and a positive vibe. Their attitude was fantastic. The front desk staff could not have been any better! All were great but Rosemary was especially professional and accommodating. They deserve a raise. I liked that cleaning staff only stop by at your request and don’t knock on the door in the morning. Amazing location. Walk right from the lobby to the beach. Which is clean and well maintained. I would return there just because of the fabulous staff.

When rain the water filled up in hallway of the facility that wasn’t good. Also it does need to be upgraded the rooms, but for the most part, it was good.

Breakfast was decent. We will be coming back. Love the location. Friendly work crew.

1. Room looked run down , coat paint new furniture would help that , (but have to say room was clean ) 2. Our shower light stop working , we did call maintenance and did come he got it work but stop working

We love the lay out , separate bedroom and living room , breakfast was good plenty of food and snacks too , staff was great the person who checked us in March 25 was great took good care of us we always got what we need extra towels so forth ( the little things that make great )

I do wish they had an “INDOOR POOL” or at least a “HOT TUB” that would have topped it for me.

I love the location. The breakfast was fantastic. Chris & Vicki did an exceptional job serving breakfast. If an item had run out they quickly replaced it. Chris has such an engaging & friendly personality. Not like some hotels that tend to get angry if u ask them anything. My husband & I looked forward to our breakfast & the view of the beach while eating. The staff was very helpful during check in & check out. Room was clean & towels replaced upon request. Top marks for the staff!!! I just pray that it continues. Sometimes there are changes in staffing & when u return it’s not the same. We’re planning on returning.

I really enjoyed the room, with two tv's, lounge sofa with ottomans and two balcony entrances. The bed was comfortable with six pillows. The staff was very polite and hospitable.

The bathroom smelled like mildew and chlorine. They should keep the door open. The phone was disconnected from the phone line which made me question the thoroughness of housekeeping. The sofa bed's fabric has crusty food stains. I gave a bag of trash to a young lady in housekeeping and when I came out of the room it was left on the floor by the rail. 🤔🤷‍♀️

The staff was friendly. They were quick to assist. The hot breakfast was delicious and the cook was delightful. Even in the off season they are good places to eat with great oceanfront views. I recommend using Freebee to get around. Waking up to a spectacular sunrise was the best. Look for the dolphins! They come close enough to enjoy. I would stay there again.

the room wasn't what we expected for the price and toilet is in a corner so if you're a bigger person turn sideways. The houe keeping didn't bring our towels until the next day.

Hotel and rooms need remodeling. I felt like I was in a bad scary movie. Hallways are more of dark walkways with entrance to rooms in cutaway coves where guest doors are positioned meeting together. Full length window in bedroom viewable to hallway. Quite dangerous. Room was tidy just enough but not clean. Noisy on the weekend. This is not a comfortable stay for the price point & definitely not for families.

Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating and prompt to meet needs. Convenient location to eating and beachfront stores.

Hotel seems to be just a little run down . Some features like paint chipping, windows dirty, and doors to patio not entirely closing.

We thought the unit in general and the bathroom in particular could have been much cleaner. The temperature was hard to regulate and we were really cold most of the time, especially in the bedroom where there was only a top sheet on the bed. The included breakfast buffet was standard fare.

The hotel and our suite were in a great location. Great balcony for beach view and sunrise. Parking deck was very accessible. The layout of the suite was excellent with a large bedroom with king bed and tv. Nice sized bathroom with walk in shower. Nice sized counter for coffee prep and a table and chairs for dining. The living room had a large sectional sofa.

There was no blankets for the sofa bed. No paper towels to dry your hands. No freezer in the refrigerator. And the balcony door and the actual balcony was rusted all the way through.
