Hot water in the bathtub was not hot. It’s okay for a quick shower but not for full recovery shower.

The hotel is new. Breakfast is decent. There is no salad bar, but all the nutrition I want was there. The room was spacious. 2 Queen size beds were more than enough for us.

We booked last minute and they accommodated us. Very helpful when booking reservation. Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The area was quiet and safe. Very close to grocerie store, souvenir shops, the water (shoreline) and the routes we take to Mission Point lighthouse.

More attachments for the universal machine in the fitness center. Breakfast hours should have been later especially on the weekends. 9:30 to END breakfast is too early. 10am would have been very helpful for me.

Wish there were more choices for breakfast for diabetics. Scrambled eggs and toast daily with some fresh fruit and bacon is an excellent choice for a diabetic. Wish the shower head had been updated or replaced as the water pressure wasn't that great and the shower head was broken (not changing settings properly) we were in room 412 We loved the hot tub but wished it were actually hot and not just warm. The shower water was hotter than the hot tub. Securing the pool enclosure from outside guests. We witnessed a family open the outside door for other family members/friends (not staying at the hotel) to access the pool and hot tub. The pool should be for paying guests staying in the hotel only, not for outside guests of guests. The outdoor patio should be enclosed with no access other than through the pool area itself. (Higher fence, maybe) Overall, we were pleased with our stay and are hoping to return soon with family. Just need to save the money to afford another long weekend stay, but this time with 2 rooms that sleep 5 each. Hopefully, we can pull it off. Would be nice if you offered discounts sometimes or stayed 2 nights get a night free or something. Just a thought or suggestion. Can't say enough about the very friendly staff and cleanliness of the entire property.

The receptionist was extremely joyful and welcoming! The property was extremely clean and well decorated! There were facilities for whatever you or your family maybe need or want. Zero sound issues and wonderful staff!

My room had the hot tub inside. The type of curtains did not allow you to pull them all the way closed for privacy…. There were no blinds… so I just had to be mindful of that. Also, my room shower. The water was not warm when I went to take a shower before check out…. I did report all of these things to the person on duty so that they can make it better for the next person.

It was very clean . Staff was very professional, which is the bare minimum you can be and exceeded that expectation by being friendly attentive and a resource….The in room hot tub felt amazing & the elevator moves efficiently.

The pool chemicals were severely off. Too much chlorine that it was causing multiple to cough and eyes water. I had to tell the manager and he came and turned the auto treatment down. This could have been quite dangerous. Also, while the breakfast was good, they didn’t have staff to keep the dining area tidy for the large volume of guests. This can be a simple fix with one additional staff member.

The price is a bit high for a one night stay compared to other local hotels.

We love staying at this hotel. We are annual pass holders at Busch Gardens and this is where we stay every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond, the breakfast is delicious and the room with the sofabed fits our family of 4 perfectly.
