I was travelling to a seminar and wanted a cheap room to sleep, wash and leave my bag, that was also close to the very expensive hotel where the seminar was being held. That’s what I got.

Chairs in the rooms are really old and not in good conditions, I asked them to change the chair, they changed the chair but replaced chair was also in bad condition. they need to change the chairs.

The room was in a noisy part of the building. Next to an exit door that slammed shut all hours. The shower head was broken and the staff did not repair after being asked to do so.

We had to ask for room to be cleaned multiple times and for fresh towels / bedding we where there a week manager want the greatest of help and still waiting for an email from them regarding this

Staff excellent and very helpful and responsive. Breakfast was healthy with eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. Great coffee machine with cappucino, mocha, hot chocolate, etc. Rooms comfortable.

Breakfast was mostly empty by 8:30am. Not well maintained. Bacon very watery and so thin was see through and not really cooked. Never seen that before. Eggs were prefabricated like tiny frisbees. 2 of 3 juices empty but water was good and cold.

Back door which was beside my room was slamming really bad and making loud sound. Having a breakfast is a positive thing for a hotel, and this one has. But it was not that good. But since I don’t have any experience in American hotels, I can not copmpare. My experiences are from other continents

The room was very clean and there was a nice smell in the facility. The room were spacious. You where even able to open the window for some fresh air. The area seems safe and put together.

Good location for night life. Was within walking g distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Television was impossible to navigate; therefore we were not able to use it. Hotel charges $50.00 for late check-out - after 11:00 a.m., we have never had this charge for leaving an hour later from a hotel.

Staff tried to be very helpful, but had limitations due to rules/facilities. Room was made up daily; housekeeping staff were conscientious.

The directions to the room were not clear(the signs). No Exhaust in/out of the bathroom. We were two people but were not provided two soaps. No mat adjacent to the bathtub to clean legs after shower. Mainly the bed was the worst(it's a sinking matress). Could not sleep on that bed(I recommend to buy Zinus Memory Foam bed- they are really good).

Location is good. I liked the view of the pool. Ambience of the room was good. Quiet place to stay.
