Room was dark, some light fixtures were not working. Uninspired furnishings make it appear drab and uninviting. That being said, it was a welcome retreat during an airline travel crisis

The hotel has good bones, but could use a more careful look at upkeep. The staff is concenial. The hotel is convenient for a stopover stay in the area.

Didn't have time for breakfast. At a previous hotel we stayed at they made up breakfast bags for those on the go. It consisted of a piece of fruit and a muffin with a choice of juice.

We got there a bit early, they where kind enough for us to leave our bags in the room The room was not cleaned yet, but thought when we get back it would be We got back around 10pm, and the room was not cleaned yet. They moved us into a room with 2 3/4 beds where we booked a king size We where too tired to move again

The fitness center was very outdated and nothing really worked, a lot of rust. The pull machine was literally falling apart. I got switched rooms since the room I upgraded to with the jetted tub didn’t work. Unfortunately the one in the new room didn’t work either and the pipe had these open rusted holes on it. The tv didn’t work either and I told them twice but I guess the maintenance person was gone for the weekend or they forgot. I was told (twice) there was only a deposit for cash-payers but I was charged a deposit upon arrival but luckily it was only $50. I was told that there would be a discount since I didn’t get a working jetted tub but I don’t believe I got it. Overall, it was a good birthday trip.

Breakfast was great although the eggs were a bit salty. Loved the outdoor pool. The water pressure/temperature was great, it got hot fast. The bed was definitely comfortable. Whataburger and a 24hr gas station was conveniently located right next door. The rooms looked just like the website states.

There was a mix up and keys were made for another set of travelers to unlock the door and come in. It was righted but it was an unexpected surprise.

Unfortunately I had to kill two different roaches in my room during my stay. Pretty big ones but I think it is partly because they are also next to a gas station and a burger place.

The property had a nice pool and the lobby and elevator were taken care of relatively well. The workers were primarily Spanish speaking but very nice and helpful.

property was old and runned down. nearly any lighting in the room. it was fine for one night although lighting was really needed. shower pressure was very weak. I was charged twice and they said they couldn’t do anything and to contact my credit card company. charge did fall off after a few days.

I mistakenly left a plastic grocery bag in the room with my shoes, medication, belt, other items on the couch. The afternoon 4:45 desk manager has no idea how to find it and as of today has made no effort to contact me. I'm assuming housekeeping threw it away.

They had no roll away bed, hot tub did not work, pillows was not good. No room service came at all for trash even. Breakfast was blah. Just microwave eggs and microwave sausage egg biscuits. Other foods ok.

I liked that it was clean. The staff was friendly and tried to help where they could.

I always stay at this hotel. Value for money is very good. everything is very good except for the gym: old and without maintenance. The gym is always important for us who travel a lot. The problems are the same as 3 years ago: the bike doesn't work, the treadmill is old and needs more itens like dumbbells. Please invest more in the gym and buy more items and you will be the best option in the area.

The facility suited the purpose of the travel. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good. Considering it was near the airport, the was minimal noise from the external environment.

Not impressed with their breakfast it could have been far better there were no bowls for cereal they use tubes of syrup instead of the syrup you can pour on your waffles and there didn't seem to be any bread for toast

I stayed twice two nights in a row the second room had a musty smell the service was great at the service counter but their breakfast leaves much to be desired no cereal bowls for cereal not really a great choice for hot breakfast other than that I was pleased

Place was a bit outdated. Room needed some repairs. Pool didn't open until after checkout, so you can't enjoy it in the mornings, before it gets hot. Breakfast was packaged eggs and microwavable frozen sandwiches, that they must keep in the back. I saw several people heating theirs up, but I never saw them in the cooler. They also had to bring out batter for the waffles from the back. One of the cereal knobs was broken off, so it couldn't be used.

The location was perfect for my needs. The service was top-tier. It is definitely in need of some upgrades, but with rising prices everywhere, I was thankful to find a clean room with cold AC, no bugs, a comfy bed and reasonable amenities. Fridge, microwave, pool, continental breakfast (very limited selection)
