They seem to be a little short staffed. The front desk did not always have someone there.

It was clean and the staff was accommodating. When we asked to switch rooms because the first one had a faint smell of smoke, they were very nice about it and took care of it right away.

Room rather dated, furnishings and beds. Wear and tear a little obvious. The bathroom sink area open to main room, separate from the shower that was in a separate room….the internet was down the second day there….luke warm water, not hot the second day there….my room was booked and paid for through booking.com. After I checked out, I was billed again by Comfort Inn , so double billed.

Breakfast excellent, clean, orderly, nice food/drink selection. Expected road noise from interstate, but there was none, very calm/quiet. Room temperature control very good, quiet, in room air conditioner.

People are human; therefore, you're going to experience some bumps in the journey. Work together at accomplishing a final goal that can be appreciated by all involved allowing everyone to "shine."

Really enjoyed king size non-smoking room on 1st floor near front desk. Easy access to breakfast and parking.

Room carpet was dirty it still had something sticky on it from a previous guest. Bathroom shower couod have been more cleaner.

The "hot" items for breakfast were cold. The waffle mix dispenser did not work; the batter did not pour from the spout. The front desk clerk had to take the dispenser apart to get the batter for us.

Great location! We were in town for a family reunion. The hotel is less than 5 minutes from the venue. The pool was the BEST! My grandboys and I enjoyed our time there.

The microwave plate wasn’t fitting, so therefore the food couldn’t reheat properly.No one was at the desk for check out.

Sinks outside if the bathroom will never sit right with me. If you try to check in early you can't if you have a reservation, but you can if you don't have a reservation..... makes no sense to me. The breakfast was good but the eggs are questionable. In our room there were some kind of stain(not sure what on the wall)

The tv wasn’t working but someone came to fix the tv. That needs to be checked while they are cleaning the room I called the operator but couldn’t get anyone to answer the door . I had to call the outside line for someone to pick up.

They charged my card 3 times. I called and spoke with Angela. She advised me to give her 30 minutes. I called back after an hour for her to say she didn’t get time to look into it. I called back again and got no answer. No one has called me back or fixed the issue. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I can’t access funds. This is unacceptable. I’ve never had an issue calling a company about a charge and they not look into the issue IMMEDIATELY!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. And someone needs to call me back. Customer service is HORRIBLE

The night front desk clerk Fay. She refused to give me extra towels that were not returned clean to me after I left 2 towels for housekeeping and gave her 3 additional towels. Then she would not let me explain how that equaled 5 and not 3. And finally I had enough of her cutting me off and being rude that I told her to be quiet and let me talk. She then cursed me out in front of her co worker and an additional couple checking in. I said that was great customer service and she said she didn’t care. And I was not getting anything from her tonight and walked away.

There truly wasn't anything I didn't like. But there are also no frills here. You get what you get which is absloutly fine.

Overall there it was a great place. Everything worked as it should and there were no issues with anything. The staff were nice also.

Font desk dude not friendly at all. Tried to charge me more for the room. Trying to find lights was a chore. Switch was not where you think. Lamp switches difficult to find.

There was nobody at the front desk when we checked in (5:00 PM) and we waited about a half hour for someone to show up. Location is convenient, but there is lots of construction and traffic that made it a little frustrating.

There was a big variety in the breakfast: eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurts, etc. Staff was working diligently to keep everything stocked. We talked with others staying at the hotel and enjoyed our conversations.
