We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ColombiaComfort inn suites at Revere gave me one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Boston. The included breakfast is just amazing, tons of delicious options. The suit itself is clean, comfortable and the decorations are very tasteful. The bus shuttle to the airport station/pick up is a life saver. The hotel has everything you need, they literally got you covered for everything (inside pool, laundry room, fitness center). I’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff, everyone from desk to cleaning are wonderful people ready to help. 100/10 experience.

United States of AmericaThe area where the hotel is located is industrial and not terribly aesthetic. The morning of our checkout, the hotel lost power when we were at breakfast, so we had to use the stairs to go up to our fifth-floor room and then bring our luggage back down five flights of stairs. However, due to the power outage, they ran the shuttle service off schedule so we could go to the airport early.
The facilities were clean and pleasant, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was convenient parking on the premises. The shuttle service, with runs to the airport every 30 minutes, was exceptional; we used the shuttle service several times. To avoid downtown Boston parking, we shuttled to the airport and then took the subway service downtown. The hot breakfast was great and there was a pool for the kids.
