The room we stayed looks as though it needed some work. We rented 3 rooms total - two were double/doubles and were fine, although cold. The third room was a jacuzzi suite - and it was actually a handicapped room when we checked in. There was wallpaper and corner guards peeling from the wall and you can tell one wall had been painted over and tried to match the previous colors - not sure why it was painted over. While the bed was comfy the chairs/loveseat was worn and somewhat dirty. There were cracks in the bathroom tiles/walls. The access from the road to the parking lot was very choppy and deep with holes.

The access from the interstate was very easy to get too. It was a bit farther from our destination than we anticipated. The breakfast was nice though it was the same each day. The tub worked well and the appliances were fine. The host was very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing around - it was convenient to the airport and to the bowling alley my son was bowling at, but restaurants and shopping were at least 20 mins away. That isn’t the fault of the property - just a heads up for those staying here

Either the key cards or the card readers are worn out. We had much trouble entering our room- usually took 5-10 swipes before the door would open. On one instance, the door never opened, so we had to go to the front desk to have it re-programed. We had very similar trouble with the secondary building entrances as well, making late night returns to our room very frustrating.

When we went to check in the short guy at the desk was really rude. For some reason the reservation wasn't under my name and when I said I used booking.com he said I probably don't have a room and that I'm screwed. Wouldn't look it up under the confirmation number or help me try to figure out where the reservation was at and was basically telling me I was out all my money. Incredibly unprofessional. Turns out it somehow was under my guest name and we got in but no thanks to him, he had the audacity to ask for a tip after we checked in. Please note that this is not the guy I mentioned in the things I liked. Our mini fridge also didn't work and it ruined some of our food. Our room keys also quit working multiple times.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Riku was one of the guys working up front and was honestly the only nice person on staff. Very helpful and kind.

We booked through booking.com. I received a confirmation. The reservation was not passed along to Comfort Inn so our reservation was not recognized. We ended up paying an extra $80 for a room at this hotel. We will be extremely reluctant about booking any stay through booking.com in the future.

Although our reservation made through booking.com was not forwarded to this Comfort Inn the hotel worked with us to get us a room. Only two handicapped rooms remained because of a large event occurring in Indianapolis. We were given one of those rooms.
