The parking was free ( perk) but somewhat inconvenient. We were on the 8th floor but garage doesn’t go up to 7&8. I was happy for a hot breakfast but it was only so so. The a/c in our room was terrible.

The door to the roof top parking on the 7th floor was so loud!!! It slammed very hard every time someone came in and out! Very obnoxious!!! Something needs to be done about that because it was like it shook our room every time it slammed! Very early in the morning over and over and over again!!

We love the local breakfast joints, so we only stopped in to the hotel b-fast for coffee, tea and fruit, but that was nice, very good selection. What we saw of the buffet was wonderful! So many choices! Check in was fast and easy. Front desk agent was very nice. Room was comfortable, appreciated the extra towels since there wouldn’t be housekeeping during the stay. Very ecologically smart! Maybe include two bath mats, also.

We spent 3 nights. I am so disappointed about the fact that I could not use the pool! The 3 days we were there NO ONE USED THE POOL! I had booked this site because of the pool and location. Just had total hip transplant and not yet walking so good. I planned on using the pool while my daughter went to the beach. The pool water was extremely dingy, cloudy, and had a scum on the top. I never was able to use the pool at all. The room next to mine had a couple arguing, cussing, and pushing each other in the hall. The language was outrageous!

The hotel was great in a great location, love that we had 2 balconies. However when I moved the sofa I found cheezits from previous guests. I would recommend that cleaners move furniture around when cleaning after guests.

That there was a race outside the hotel that closed direct access to the beach. With three children it was very difficult. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable!!!

The parking garage is steep and very windy. Had some problems with the TV and the microwave and fridge fuse blowing - but both were resolved within 10-15 minutes.

The first night we had two queen beds that were very comfortable. The second night, we switched to a King room and the bed was not comfortable. We were in room 230, that mattress should be thrown away! Also, the cleaning lady, came too early in the morning. When she came back to our room, she left towels, but never made the bed or cleaned the room.

Paris provided excellent customer service.

there was water dripping on the balcony and the bathroom could benefit from having a simple clothes line (I didnt want to hang stuff out on the balcony)

Good room size and decent breakfast with plenty of replenished goods most of the days (Sunday was a bit off). Staff was constantly cleaning the hallways as people walked in and out of pool and beach

The elevator was very slow The refrigerator( freezer) was very small.

The location was excellent. Shops and eating establishments were within walking distance. Great view of the beach from our room.
