How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One of the best bed and breakfast in have visited. Clean, environment, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Love the fact they have free airport shuttle

A/C unit was a little loud but I still slept through the “white noise”. The only dislike would be the breakfast options, the egg always had cheese in them and informed on my last day that pork sausage was only served the first two hours and turkey sausage is served the last two hours. I’m lactose and I don’t eat pork but I was thankful for the free breakfast options.
The property was clean and standard. The lobby was clean, and the dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have wanted the room to smell a little better, seems like the carpets needed a bit more airing out/cleaning or steaming..sheets in the closet seemed unclean but all else was ok
Location was good walking distance to stores or food locations..Breakfast and shuttle availability was awesome..we booked here for those reasons.The beds were comfortable hands down id sleep there again just for the bed..front desk clerk Sammy was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was average to slightly below average. I've had much better breakfasts in terms of quality and variety of food from other Comfort Suites hotels. There really was not too much choice at all. Coffee tasted like cardboard. Staff friendliness could use a boost. We had trouble each day with our key cards "demagnitizing" and stopping working for our room. The card reader simply gave up on our cards each day. The staff were often quick to blame us for it, admonish us to keep the cards away from our mobile phones (which isn't how magnetic strips work) or out of the heat (this hotel is in Florida during the summer...impossible). I don't think it is an inconvenience if we approach them, especially when there is nobody else in the lobby, in a calm manner to try to resolve our key card issue. Even if it was 100% our fault, approaching the situation with a smile and saying "it's OK, that happens sometimes" could go a long way. Lastly, this is out of their control, but there was a lot of road construction which made getting to the hotel from each direction a chore. The hotel is near the highway (good), but when that highway is constricted (bad), best to try and avoid in/out access until there is no weekend/commuter traffic.
Room was exactly as expected. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Pool was nice to have and use. Location was not bad at all; close to the airport and cruise terminal. Beaches are fairly close by

Ironically, some guests. Loud and boisterous late night. They woke me up the two nights I stayed. Very annoying!

Our carpet needed vacuuming. There were plastic clothes tags (the clear string kind and the black ones from like new socks etc) all over the floor. Otherwise the room seemed clean but the carpet had been ignored.
Good location. Large rooms. Comfortable beds.

A little hard to find when coming off 95. Very thankful for my GPS.
Outstanding staff. Simple property to meet all basic needs. Felt secure and safe. Great price. Very close to Dania Pointe and not too far from the Hollywood Broadwalk. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Nothing much around that is walkable like restaurants or shopping. We had to Uber everywhere.
Great hotel! Friendly staff. We loved our room. Very comfortable for a girls trip for 4. We already booked again for our next trip!

Location to the cruise port. Breakfast was 6 out of 10. They ran out of waffle mix and limited sausage (we got there 30 mins before it was over).
