1. The breakfast person would rarely smile. 2. That lady turned the lights off while guests were still taking breakfast. I understand time was just over and she could have said we are wrapping up or something nice to close it. Why would she turn the lights off while guests were still there or some people just came in. And she would appear annoyed for a lack of smile. However on my last day the breakfast person was smoky and I gave her extra tips. 3. The washing cycle was too expensive. I have done laundry at Hilton and it was cheaper. 4. The pool was too small compared to the horrible humid weather. It should have been bigger to accommodate more guests. So we could barely get in.

The room smelled like mold , the ac wasn't working right, it was alot of damage appliances in the room. The ice machine had malfunction in it and on the ice. They didnt put my rooms together so my kids were on a different floor than me and it was very disappointing

Needed a little more updating.. Fixtures where copy pasted on. Like handles and drawers were placed on wrong. 1st room had rust in tub, and it's bathroom door was stuck, but second bedroom choice was better but needed a few updated fixtures and the carpet was dirty, found old candy wrappers at the bottom of my foot and a washer screw in bed sheets. Weird, right?🤔 Breakfast was poor quality food, with limited choices not so very complimentary but safe.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The rooms are big and clean. They serve breakfast in the morning, and the hotel is located right by the interstate. So we were able to easily move around.

The 3rd floor seemed much hotter than the other floors. It also took a very long time for our room to cool down. I know it was 100 degrees outside but it should still be able to cool the room down.

The hotel.was updated, the staff made sure we understood everything and explained any questions we had, there was an ice machine on both the upper floors.

I booked a King Suite with Booking.com. Choice Suites Kingwood did not have a King Suite available. They said to take it up with the 3rd party, i.e., Booking.com. Not happy with Booking.com.

Room and other facilities were very good. Breakfast and dining area was better than average.

The only thing I didn't like was the pool wasn't clean. It was the perfect size for my kids so I know they would've loved it had it been clean.

The room was a great size. I think I really liked the bathroom mirror the most because it had a button on it that would light up the mirror like a vanity lol. The breakfast was great. They had a variety of things to choose from.
