Location was great for what I needed. It can get a little congested entering and leaving the facility but overall was close to a lot of stores like Walmart. Breakfast was decent.

This was an unexpected stay, so I was looking for a room of value and booked it late afternoon. I was not sure of the condition I might find the facilities. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating and efficient, and the room was as pictured. It’s located on the highway into the heart of Myrtle Beach, with a short drive to restaurants, attractions, and the beach.

United KingdomThey didn't have English breakfast tea in the room, but some orange flavoured black tea. In the spa bath suite the tap dripped, and if the room below ran their taps for a bath, it was very loud. This plumbing situation shoud be sorted out. Also, i don't think the AC unit in the room was functioning fully. it cooled the room somewhat, but it was the same temp no matter what temp you set, but the fitness room and laundery room AC's were set to the same temp as my room, but those rooms were colder. Also, the USB ports on the desk table didn't work.
Bed was comfy, staff were decent. Very much like most Comfort inns, you know what you're going to get. THe quipment in the fitness centre functioned well.

United StatesWe didn't realize our AC unit wasn't working properly and the room was hot and stuffy. When I approached the staff about it in the AM they were kind and told us they would have moved us. We opted not to since we were already unpacked and in bed.
We were able to get a room immediately and the staff were lovely. And breakfast was good

United StatesSo I like the hotel but it was somewhat outdated there were furniture in the shared area and lobby that were damaged by use and age also had some sort of oder I liked our room but my neighbors did pot and we could smell it.
Staff were great Room was clean and acceptable, Loved the breakfast but would rather scrambles eggs versus the rubbery round type eggs that was served also did not see bacon on my visit there.........

United StatesThe room wasn’t completely clean but it was durable the tub was horrible I couldn’t bathe my 2yr old. I did my best at giving him a shower. The pool is breaking up at the bottom pieces of cement/gravel is at the bottom u have to watch how you move in the pool.
The staff was great I was assisted by the Asst Manager. She was very friendly and funny.
