Comfortable Bed, had a microwave and refrigerator

I liked it, but the coffee machine was missing the tray. The pillows had old burn marks or were torn by washer. The shower did have a slip mat, which was dangerous. The A/C works amazing, especially in this heat. No one was available to check me out early in the morning.

I don’t like the windows in the hotel. It seemed as if they were made out of some cheap glass. Everything could be heard from the outside. And of course, that can affect someone’s sleep.

I like the room. It was a double bed but could be used for multiple people if some people like to pile up in a C room. It came with a couch and it was fairly comfortable.

The hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. Some hotel fixtures were damaged or broken. The property needs a deep cleaning. The food service area and the gym should be closed. I observed mold behind the wallpaper. The housekeepers were friendly but not helpful. The towels were dingy. The microwave need to be replaced, it was cheap and did not function well. It seems as if the owners are just maintaining an outdated hotel in need of repairs and remodeling. The quality is just poor. I would not refer or stay at this location again. One couple left and stated they were bitten by bed bugs.

There was rust all over the bathroom. The tub looked seriously damaged and painted over. The bathroom door couldn’t even fully open because it hit the tub. The tv was far from the bed and about 2’x3’. Super tiny. And the coffee for breakfast was undrinkable.

The floor that I was on like marijuana, the room didn’t really get cold and the door wasn’t flush with the door frame, so you can see light coming from it, and the smell of marijuana was coming into my room where me and my son are sleeping.

There was hair on the bed when I arrived, the 3rd floor was hot, felt like the floor was gonna cave in. Room clean was not done the after the 2nd day and I had to physically request for them to come and clean my room and give fresh towels.

The pool was under construction, the front desk sucked when we first walked in the front desk was taking forever and the guy didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. Asked for my license and my card so it can be on file even though my card was already on file. the housekeeping team and breakfast team was great! When we went to check out we waited 20 mins and asked a breakfast team member if she could contact the front desk and she did. The guy came in from outside he was just walking around the hotel multiple times and we went to are car and saw the guy walking outside around the hotel again. Everything was great except for front desk.

The room was 85 degrees when we walked in to it. There were 3 of us staying there and only 2 towels. The pillows were tiny squares, like they cut the pillows in half. No hot water for showers in the morning. Lukewarm. No soap in the shower.

Breakfast need some work! Food was half cooked or burnt! I paid for a room with a spa bath in it and the bath was nasty! Soon I turnt on the jets stuff was flowing in the water! I couldn’t relax while I was away from home!

The was nice and 35 minutes away from where we needed to go! So it was convenient for us!

The TV was located between a lounge and beds. From both positions it is awkward to watch the TV. The toilet did not flush properly.

The breakfast was not available when we stayed. I had to leave at 6:30am and was told breakfast was open at 7am.

It was old and run down and my room had a odor. In need of some serious updates. The vanity was in the room part not the bathroom didn't understand why.

It’s in great need of repair. The toilet had come loose and wobbled when in use and the floor tiles in the bathroom needed to be glued, grouted and sealed. I almost cut my foot on the edges of them. One of the lamps was missing a light bulb and the freezer space in the refrigerator was so iced, there was no use for it at all. Breakfast service was ok, but there wasn’t any pepper packets left out for guest and none to be found when requested.
