I had to change not only my rooms because the room had a shared door but on the end of the hallway it was a door to my room, didn’t feel comfortable and safe. The night clerk’s was upset and the new room had dirty sheets on the bed. I went downstairs to new sheets in order to sleep not only that everything time I left my room my key card never work and I had to go to the front desk to activate it several times.

The curtains were stained and the pull out bed was torn with no sheets on it or an extra blanket just in case. Also, the elevator wasn't working and our room was on the 3rd floor. Carrying our bags was an arm full we didn't even go for the rest of them. The first floor in the stairs though smelt bad like there is or was water damage.

I liked the bed and the room. The room was somewhat and it didn't smell like smoke.

Breakfast was empty by 830 and there was not a lot offered. It didn't look like they had any plans of re-filling it and for a weekend most hotels offer breakfast till 10. They only did till 9. I wouldn't expect to eat breakfast there if you look forward to that. Also, we had booked through a third party site, a jacuzzi room and we did not recieve that. The room we had was fine and large but it was something we looked forward to. The manager explained they can't guarantee those specialty rooms through those sites and they've tried to have them take those off but are struggling. If you want a room like that, it's best to book directly through their site. Or call the hotel.

Front desk staff and housekeeping were so amazing and kind. They had cancelled flights so ended up completely booked and were still able to stay calm, kind and polite with everyone we saw them interacting with. Hotel was very clean and nicely remodeled. In a great safe lit up neighborhood.

Sorry I put what I didn’t like above as the question mentioned breakfast, the facility was clean and appeared well maintained with again the exception of breakfast area was not stocked nor as clean as it should/could have been.

The breakfast was definitely the low point of my stay. First morning@8:30 I went in for breakfast and there was no meat, and only very small portion of stale looking eggs, apples, Cold cereals, 1 muffin, and a couple slices of white bread, along with makings for waffles. Coffee & juice dispenser, a couple cups yogurt. I looked in area marked staff only but saw no one present. Got me a cup of coffee and sat down to drink it. After a few minutes a staff person came in, I asked if breakfast was over, and was advised it was in other room which I acknowledged but informed her there wasn’t anything left, to which she advised it would only be a minute, she went and found attendant and had them refill eggs and sausage, I got me a plate with eggs and sausage but sausage was not edible, looked to have been in heating enclosure beyond reasonable time. I ate eggs and left. I went back second day, there was both eggs and sausage available and though looked fresher, I again chose not to finish the piece of sausage I had taken, the eggs were ok at best. This was the poorest example of breakfast buffet I have encountered in my memory.

There were holes in the walls, the carpet was gross, the coffee maker was disgusting. I had to give it a good cleaning. The bathrooms were kind of gross feeling and dirty.

The young man at the front desk was extremely rude regarding my service dog, told me my dog was not a service dog and demanded to see proof, which is against the law, I emailed the front desk a little bit of information regarding service animals and I was told that I was unable to renew my stay and that I had to leave that moment. My stay was great with the exception of this young man's attitude and harassment. I tried explaining that my vehicle had been stolen and in the vehicle was her service gear and IDs, I could not get a word in with this man, I even tried explaining that he could look her information up online but he was completely unreasonable. they kept my $50 deposit because he didn't believe my animal was a service animal. I would love to go back to this hotel but I was told I was no longer welcome, I was not rude in any way shape or form to this man I did not raise my voice, I did not argue, and I still don't understand why he was so unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel if you have a service animal.

Upon checking in I was required to give a $50 deposit which I was told I’d get back after checking out. When it was time to check out the guy requested a receipt that was never given to me. I think that if that’s required than a receipt should be given and I should be told that’s how I’ll get my deposit back. It was never mentioned and I was taken for $50

My door was hard to close so I forgot 3 sueters In my closet check out on friday 24 try to call so many times because I was coming back to work on the area so I called so many times to ask for my sueters never answer so Monday came back to the hotel early around 9am to ask about the stuff I forgot o travel alot an when I forget stuff in cheaper hotels they alway call or hold stuff that I forget even stuff like shampoo pants or charger so I came back here and the lady that was in charge of cleaning seems suspicious I can tell by her reaction and I told her the color of my sueter and she almost jumped and she was like no no there was nothing there she supposed to go an ask other Cleaning stuff but nope she came back said there was nothing and I told her well can I talk to the manager and she got al scared no no so I talk to the guy on the front desk and said he don't know nothing I was planning on stay there again but no they lost a client I guess is my fault for forgetting my stuff but still didn't spect that from them
