Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel, itself, surprised me. It far exceeded my expectations. It appears to be new or recently updated. Whatever the case, it's very clean, pleasant staff and either next to/close to any and all eateries you can think of. They next door or in close proximity to a popular Pub but created on problem. (In fact, it's a welcoming touch after a long day or ride to have someplace near where you could unwind with friends/family and eat in a big TV screen setting. It's on a very busy street but that's not a problem nor is parking. Easy access to I-44 and I-270 expressways. Reasonably priced. I have to travel to St. Louis County from time to time but wasn't aware of this location. I'll be back!

Water pressure and I don’t know if they use a water softener or what, but the water felt almost gel like and it was hard to gauge if the soap was completely off your body.

Not really the hotel's fault, but it shares a parking lot with an obviously very popular restaurant/pub/bar so arriving late in the evening reduces your parking options to the back of the lot. Parking is free so can't really complain- just an observation.
Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and modern like the use of the barn door on the bathroom. Plenty of room to relax or work depending on why you were there. And if you were expecting a cookie when you got there forget that... it was like being at the movie theater but for free... popcorn, hot dogs, sliders, and free sodas. Now that is a true welcome snack.

The bed was very firm for my liking. The door to the room did not appear to be properly sealed as during a night time trip the lavatory I observed light from the hallway spilling through all four seams of the door.
Property grounds are clean with plenty of parking and ample lighting in the parking lot. The location is close the highways and shopping and restaurants. The lobby and facilities were clean and smelled of fresh cleaner. The room was clean with plenty of lighting and plugs for devices.

Nothing to dislike. This is always our first choice when we come to St. Louis
A great hotel in St. Louis area. We always stay here, rooms are very nicely laid out, always clean and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Location is very convenient and near major highway. Breakfast is great and snacks are available in afternoon. I nice restaurant / bar next door to hotel.

I called to check in early, told me I could at 1:30.. went to check in told me my room wasn’t ready & to give them about 30 more min. Went back an hour later still wasn’t ready, lady at front desk told me I couldn’t check in until 3.. so I waited until then, came back and room still wasn’t ready.!! Wasn’t til after 3:10 before I could get checked into my room..
Breakfast was good, very clean, staff was nice.
