Black lady ( Breakfast Crew) had her entire family there. Rude as Hell!!!! need more Customer Service training in this area. If you're going to have breakfast make sure that you do. I was there for three days. Breakfast was gone no refilling nothing and if you asked the Blk lady she was rude with her response. Hopefully you'll mention it. I will be back to see if you did. I didn’t like the location, there was an over filled dumpster that had trash all around, the lamp shades and blanket were stained, the door to the room was hard to close, the bathroom door wouldn’t fully close, the hinges were rusty, the door to the cabinet where the refrigerator was wasn’t aligned correctly, and the pool that was open had trash inside.

The staff seemed nice and the breakfast that was served.

Laundry facilities. Dryer didnt work and I lost a buck. When I brought it to the attention of the clerk she said, "Oh, yeah, they dont work". No offer of a refund. No sign, or locked door saying, OUT OF SERVICE. But she did offer to dry my shorts in the hotel dryers. I just used the AC instead.

So right beneath our window a pile of rubbish from renovation was being deposited in a container. Weirdly enough that only happened every morning between 6:30 to 7 - but hey they were almost finished when we left, so you wont have to endure it.

The room and inside areas all really look and feel like a (almost) new hotel. Our room was very large with two queenbeds and a sofa area. Nice fridge, large toilet/shower - all new and renovated. The pool is a decent size but not large.

There was a crumpled pilow case under the bench inside the room by the door.The maid forgot it from previous renter? My toilet paper holder fell off the wall.

I have no complaints

The room was very clean, bed comfortable, bathroom updated and clean. The room has all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the dining area is large, clean. Staff was friendly.

I was told I had update my license. It’s a valid license and I am 21 years old. But it still says under 21. And I was told I had to be 25 in order to book the stay. Pool was unavailable. And tv was not available. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival more with an attitude. I did not stay the last night because of an emergency.

Nothing to complain about.

Sadly we stayed overnight during Hurricane Beryl. We were stuck there without power, and so no breakfast or internet or lights or hot shower. But none of that is down to the hotel = just bad luck. The staff were wonderful and did all they could to make everyone as comfortable as possible given the circumstances.
