The location was perfect, 133 steps to the beach. People were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy to find. Close to airport.

Extra blankets and pillows would be helpful along with a TV guide.

The key pad entrance was a nice feature as it eliminated keys/cards to access the room. The non-check in and out was very nice as well. I would recommend a note on what is expected to be completed before leaving.

There were too few cooking pots and pans but we made do. There was a person above us who paced the floor over our bedroom at all hours of the night. We washed dishes and needed a rubber dish pan. Only had the dish rack and drain board. Should have had a roll of paper towel. Had to go buy it. Bathrooms were nicely renovated except neither had a place to place the bar of soap you had to bring, as well as shampoo, conditioner. The bed in our only bedroom was very low to the ground. It was basically a comfortable mattress in a frame, no spring. For some people it would be a challenge to get into and out of. Although I understand the floor had to be tile, it was gritty and needed frequent sweeping. The weather for our week was iffy so we couldn't always go to the beach. Glad there was cable TV to watch. One of two beach chairs that was provided with the apartment was broken. We were able to find two more that were kept outside.

The place was clean and had most everything we needed. There was no food service so we used the Sun Shuttle at $2 per person per one way trip to Publix and restaurants. The lady who cleaned the apartments was nice and tried to get us whatever we needed. I was surprised that our place had two bathrooms with showers. We were very close to Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. That was cool and convenient. The outdoor patio was nice and we used it frequently to relax and have our lunch or dinner outdoors. We shared the space with a few cats from the neighborhood who were looking for a nibble and a few Geckos. There were a few restaurants we liked on the boardwalk and within a few minutes of the place by Sun Shuttle. We used LYFT to get to and from the place which was about 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale Airport. I liked the fact that we could reserve an early morning ride the day we left the night before. Thank you LYFT

Very poor water pressure in the shower. And water did not stay warm. Also, tiles in the shower floor are very slippery.

The property could use updating but other than that it’s was great. Loved the courtyard. Very clean, great value. The manager let us check in early. Great location for the Broadwalk. Would stay there again.

Noise Window Clima Unit, no working Remote. Lousy and tiny TV Set, Remote does only work under very hard presure for the Volume Control and Battery had been empty on arrival, i bought them at my own expense to find out that it still does not work propper. Cockroach at my Room, i know its Florida but not acceptable for a 200 Dollar Night stay. Mattress is a kind of Memory Foam, you sink in and can almost not move without hard work. I personally dont like them. Overpriced as i had a unpleasend stay.

Close to the Beach, clean except Cockroach crawling on the Headrest of the Bed. Could catch it two Days later and kill it. So i had 2 unpleasend Nights with a guest in my Room. Nice little Garden with a Grill and Furniture. Free Parking included. Few steps only to the nice Hollywood Beach.

bedroom had only shades and no blackout curtains was right next to an area which owner had huge lights on all night! always woke us up early. all they need to put two rods and black out curtains very small investment location too close to main road so heard more traffic noise. no ocean views even from courtyard problem with TV which was not addressed quickly as possible

Parking arrangements we had to pay for the additional car on public parking since there were no personnel in the office to assist us.

We cooked our own breakfast, but also visited some excellent restaurants.

ALL Blind shadow need replace and better block dark. Every night, We cannot sleep because old blind shadow is loose and bright from outside lights. We are not comfortable with blind shadow loose. Someone can see us at night. Also, AC digital blue light bright bedroom at night.

Super clean, comfortable bed, quiet, easy to parking, and walk to beach. Communications are easy and way. Wifi is very good. Kitchenware are very simple and not everything. We used and cooking.

One outlet didn't work no big deal, i plan for this stuff but there were more outlets to work with. The blinds didn't work perfectly but I didn't really use them. if you enter the ocean st or drive, to get to Coolidge SOMETIMES on Sheridan Dr there are times where the boats pass through and split the street and traffic builds when entering or exiting. Leave 15 min early if you really worry about travel time.

This small family owned business was happy and helpful when we had any questions. The room was great! It fit all types of travelers! It was clean, spacious for moving around, and quiet we cooked when we could with the basics they provided in the kitchenette. We had an addition our family and wanted an easy walk to carry him from room to beach. THIS WAS IT! Thank you BEACH TIDE APTS for the hospitality. The parking spots, the outdoor grill, the proximity to all the big cities was exactly what i wanted! This was an experience i will hope to repeat next year! Ps they had beach chairs and umbrellas in the room. Ask the staff contact person to use them.
