Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. The TV didn’t work and there were 2 tvs in the room. Couldn’t get either to work

not super clean, a bit dates, loud guests, lots of unsupervised kids, small pool, uncomfortable pullout couch, thin blanket , no towel racks for bathrooms, cheap shampoo and soap, bottles were empty

The elevator made a lot of noise and bounced when it stopped
Kids loved the pool and the breakfast. The room was comfortable and had all the basic amenities.

I booked the room the first night, upon arrival, I had to wait 15-20 min. After 20 mins, my room still wasn't available. I canceled.
The king room settings were great. This is one of the best Comfort Inn's that I have ever stayed at.

If you are on the first floor try to ask for a room further from the pool area otherwise you are up until 11:30/midnight listening to screaming kids and adults being non-courteous of other guests. The beds were what we expected, so firm as a rock. The bathrooms need to be attended to with all of the rust that was in the shower and around the toilet areas.
The staff were great! The lobby, hallways, and the bedroom part of the room were clean!

The finishing work in the bathroom wasn't very well done. It could use a refresh.
Convenient location. I enjoyed the Muddy Cow next door. Didn't have time to use the pool.

The room was very small and it seemed to be under construction and was not clean. we had to get new bedding and shower towels.
The complimentary breakfast had so many options and was delicious. The staff was so helpful and friendly!!

Was sad, no bathtub
Upon arrival, Heather was very pleasant and informative. Our stay was due to my Mother's death She was able to cater to our needs. graciously It was very much appreciated Later in the evening, it became uncomfortable We called front desk, the front desk attendant came immediately to take care of our complaint of cigarette smoke smell all night coming into our room from the adjoining room (such a ruckus they were kicked out at 330am ) was very upsetting and restless We were able to get some sleep in the new comfortable beds The kitchen attendant was very efficient and friendly. The dining area was very clean, and there were nice breakfast choices Handling her job with a couple of food grabbing unattended children, she kept composure and essorted them away from food, as they were handling, playing, and not eating food All done with respect and assertiveness In closing ... I say... Thanks for being accomidating to our stay of being comfortable efficient and friendly . I appreciate your staff

Place was having a much needed upgrades and I booked a suite and was told they don’t have any so I ended up with a regular room and payed the higher price advertised on booking.com. Sister in law just walked in and got the same exact room and payed 29.00 less. Plus you have to put a damage deposit of 150.00 to the bill. Refunded 2-10 days later
Location was good but the roads are a little confusing to get to the place the first time but not a deal breaker

There were some kids running around upstairs at night and hard to sleep. Someone took shower for 15 minutes and I couldn't sleep after 11pm. Also Someone was smoking in their room and smells very bad in the hallway.
The breakfast is good and very tasty.

Construction, they really need to let people know before booking a little bit of a reduced price would have been nice considering dust floor being torn up. And the noise.

The light switch at the door as you enter did you not work. You have to walk into the room and manually turn on all the indidual lamps on the room.
Fine as i expected. Nothing special.
