United StatesThe bed was very firm, and uncomfortable. I tossed and turned throughout most of the night. My lower back was very sore in the morning. There also isn't any breakfast offerings at this motel.. not even fruit, or muffins.. absolutely NOTHING!! The other reviews, and ratings are sadly true...
They didn't ask for a damage deposit although it said there would be one on Booking.com.

United StatesThe property is run down and needs repairs. When I attempted to raise the toilet seat it came off in my hand. The knob on the shower faucet also was not attached, resulting in nearly being scalded. Given a choice of sleeping in my car or at this property I would have to choose my car.

United StatesThis place was dirty! This is the first time I have ever complained about a room being too dirty and has to be switched. The first room literally still had hair on the bed sheets, the curtains were falling down, and used soap on the counter. The second row had been painted, but no one put down anything on the ground before they painted service paint splatters everywhere. The bed was marginally cleaner, but I still decided to use my own sheets rather than use theirs. The police were on property multiple times in my couple nights stay. I believe this this hotel is run by a single family, which is cool at all, but I do think the front ended desk did have some language barriers that just made it hard for me to be able to express needs. I'm 100% for immigration and all, and I know America doesn't have an official language, but when the hotel has no power and people are trying to find out what's going on and some people locked out of rooms, it would make more sense to have an English speaker at the desk.
Price and location. Just off the freeway right by several places to get food since they do not offer breakfasts.

United StatesI did see and kill 3 bugs on the wall and I'm seriously hoping they were just bugs. The bed was extremely firm but my mother's bed was a decent memory foam.
The price was great and I was happy there was an elevator since my key didn't work the first time.

United StatesOur room was covered in dust (not a huge deal) the floor wasn’t clean very well. Biggest issue we had was our blanket was stained with bleach all over, didn’t look clean at all. Pillows were also not very comfortable and had to request more.

United StatesStaff acting like we couldn't have visitors in our rooms unless their vehicle was on file they made the excuse that if a key was lost and you were to send someone else to get a key they'd have to be on file but who would send someone else that's not on file to get a key ? but I think it was more to it because a lady there told me that they said she wasn't allowed guys in here room idk why but that part was none of my business but it still didn't make any sense to me though but it was a good stay overall besides them trying to control your visitors .I mean if there's no disturbance and nothing broken or stolen why should it matter anyway? Also there were a bunch of invoices left in my room from someone on rented before me with there information on it I'd personally be upset if it was mines .

CanadaThe room it self was okay, the bathroom and the hallways needed upgrading and a deep clean. There was human hair all over the room that was not either of ours. When we arrived, I went to check us in while my fiancée unloaded the car, the man at the front desk made me extremely uncomfortable as he kept commenting on my looks and appearance. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A SOLO FEMALE.
