$5 for bottle of water, had to either pay for wifi or sign up to become a Bonvoy member to use free wifi (picked the latter option)

The rooms were very nice and spacious, very comfortable, will probably stay here again next time me and my friends come to Boston

Loved everything about it. We were visiting from abroad and stayed for 3 nights. We were afraid the room would be small for the 4 of us but we had plenty of space. Beds were comfy, pillows were ok but a bit soft for me personally. Staff was great however my husband arranged cupcakes and balloons for my birthday but this never came and he never heard from anyone about it. He had not paid for it yet so we didn't make a big deal out of it. We were not aware of the $20 credit you get per day, that was a nice surprise, we used it for room service. Unfortunately we did not get the time to visit the Boston view that was also included but I find it a nice add on thats offered. We mentioned that it was my birthday while staying there and got upgraded to a top floor room with a spectacular view of the city and river, highly appreciate it. Oh and did I mention that the location is just PERFECT. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

It was pricey but all hotels in the areas were high. This one was a bit cheaper.

Loved that it was connected to a mall and other amenities like "The Yard"! Clean hotel. Nice staff.

On check in they didn’t locate the payment for my stay and were trying to charge the full amount again. Being a single mom on a tight holiday budget I didn’t really need to have to spend an hour sorting this out with the booking company I used. All worked out and the concierge who got it sorted gave us a beautiful room with a view to make up for the hotel not being able to locate the payment. She was wonderful and so was our stay but I was worried the whole stay about any financial surprises on check out. There were none but it affected my peace of mind for sure.

There was a constant and very bad noise from the air conditioner. I asked them to find a way, they did not fix it and told us there are no other rooms available to change it.

The night manager( who didn’t wear a name tag) of The Yard restaurant , on Sunday, August 3rd, was extremely rude to my family when we asked to be moved to a restaurant table rather than the lounge since there was no seating for 5 in the lounge. He was also yelling at his staff for placing us there even though he didn’t know their names and they were wearing name tags.

The hotel is very conveniently located for every thing we wanted to see in Boston.

Valet parking was $75, Self Parking was $45/day. If you exited more than once a day, self park was more than valet. I only did that once so it ended up being still cheaper than valet. The only other hiccup we had was we wanted to shorten our stay and check out early but I wasn’t able to do so without cancelling and re booking. When I tried to re book, my desired check out day was not an option. I ended up keeping the extra night and we made use of the room during the day since we had a late flight. Just a caveat when using third party booking.

Great location! Connected fo prudential center and very walkable to so many places. There was even a parking g garage connected so I could easily park my car and use when needed.

This was the most expensive place we stayed on our 2-month trip. It was a good hotel but the price seemed high for what we got.

The location was great: close to the marathon finish line, Charles river, historic Boston etc.

Common areas felt a bit outdated and massive

Great location in the heart of Back Bay. Very comfortable beds. Nice views of Boston from the room.

Asked a cook about the advertised pastries on the buffet; he said “ What does that mean? What are pastries?” No pastries on buffet.

The bathrooms were quite small considering the price of the room. Additionally, the translucent bathroom door was a poor design choice, as it let in a lot of light during the night, which was bothersome. Restaurant was convenient but often busy or noisy - waiters were hit and miss.

Location-easy access to about anywhere. Concierge was helpful on multiple occasions-provided tips for planning outings, etc. Housekeeping was great. Bellhops were great too.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved having a swimming pool too! The food was delicious!
