There were some things that I addressed with the owners but nothing that made our stay terrible.

Location, view of the hills, and the front porch where I could sit outside for hours and watch the traffic go by, so relaxing!

The cabin was great, the view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Fully furnished it had everything we needed for our stay. The new owners were kind and friendly, addressed our needs in a timely manner. This is what my family needed was a good home away from home. Thank you!!

A ways out of town, the cabin reeked of roach spray(better than having roaches though)!

We truly enjoyed our entire experience staying in Coles Cabins. The peaceful was amazing and the comfort of the cabin was fantastic. It is a great location for exploring the blackhills.

The only negative is no bathroom in the cabin. But, it's not very far...and something we gladly deal with to stay here!!!

The cabins are so cute, and the beds are extremely comfortable! We're repeat customers, and love the location!!! We didn't see him this time, but the gentleman running the place is very nice and helpful. Will stay here any chance we get!

the shower water smell was terrible. our family used to have a cabin with this same trouble with our well water. there is a filter that desperately needs changing on the hot water heater- so smelly that I still smell it in my hair!

Extra charges they want for the cabin when it was booked & paid for in Jan. 2024, water in shower was just a trickle or drip . Could not get TV to work in back bedroom . No railing on front porch , like other cabins & had a higher drop off in front where a railing should have been .

Awesome property to have family get together weather Christmas or summer time. Great scenery. And being able to cook family favorites while having large family time is a plus. No restaurant time.

Our one room cabins didn’t have cell service or WiFi. For some that might be a problem, but wasn’t really a big deal to us.

Our cabin was so clean and had everything we needed. The public bathroom was also great and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good. Cabins were spaced apart nicely and were in a great location that we were just a short ride from other places we wanted to see.

I emailed the owners 2 weeks prior saying I would like to extend my stay after I asked if the cabin was available and they emailed back saying it was open the whole week after my original booking so I told them to put me down for 2 more nights and charge it to my card .But on the day of my original check out I got a call when we were on our way out to do some more riding saying we needed to be out because they had someone else coming that night so we had to turn around and move our stuff out and into a smaller cabin I could barely turn around in myself. Was not very happy

Needed more towels in bathroom AND kitchen!! Missing pillows for the beds. One bed comforter had blood stains on it. Needed washed!

Very loud at night! Busy road next to the cabin we were in. ATVs zoomed up and down the road all hours of the night. Some of them didn't have mufflers. So they were extremely loud.

This was the dirtiest facility I have ever stayed at. The cabin needed swept, mopped, the smoke alarm was pulled off the wall. There was a water bottle with spit in it under the nightstand. The microwave, refrigerator, and the coffee cups were all very dirty. The shower houses also needed the floors swept, garbage dumped, and the shower is so rusty from the water it is gross.

climbing the ladder to get to the loft I’m trying to get my luggage up there and then there was no dresser to put my clothes in. Kind of hard for six year old fat woman lol
