Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Facilities were clean and nicely decorated. Pool is very large and super clean. Bathroom was nicely updated. Breakfast was really good with great variety!

Room was very humid / damp and smelled musty. AC ran all night and was very loud but didn't take care of the dampness. Woke up with sore throats from the dampness.

Even though they had a very nice breakfast selection and the attendant at breakfast was very helpful and everything was very clean, the eggs, sausage was cold, even though in warmers.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and very helpful.

TV didnt work, toilet flushed super slow and was loud.. water in shower does not drain well. Other room last week was the same. Hotel has a serious plumbing issue...drains are all clogged or something. No elevator. But its only two floors.
Room was cozy, staff was all great.

The entire main parts, of the inside of the hotel, were more humid than the outside was. Even the dining area.
Front desk personnel was very friendly &, since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, she offered to change my room to the 1st floor.

Room A/C worked to cool the room but didn’t dehumidify. Room was extremely humid.
Pleasant staff, convenient location for road travel, breakfast. Pet friendly with reasonable charge.

No window to outside. Pool area was super hot, all the air conditioners from the rooms were blowing hot air into room where the pool was.

Very Strong smell of pine sol disinfectant throughout the hallways. Indoor Pool area did not appear to be open or in use. My room faced the pool area with no window to the outside.
Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

Noise...noise...noise. Property is next to a 24 hour Truck stop, and trucks park in the rear gravel lot adjacent to the section of the building where our room was located. Loud all night.
Day manager was great, and the property was close off the interstate.

Issue with noisy sounds during the first night and stink smell when we return later in the afternoon.
Front receptionist was flexible enough to offer us what we needed once an issue was discovered in related to a stinky sme that l came out from our initial room 129. And that room had weird noises late at night, either from the AC or outside the room. We were swapped to room 128 after that, and everything went well with no issue.

Our curtain did not work properly and was broken. There was a very bright light from the parking lot. We finally just yanked on the curtain to make it work.
The quality matched the price.

The breakfast was not good. The biscuits felt like they came out of a freezer bag and only thawed out just before serving, the sausage gravy was soup and not fit to eat. The "omlettes" were fake eggs smeared with some sort of cheese spread that probably shouldn't have been consumed. I'm not sure what the sausage patties were made from but they also were not edible... I would recommend checking out one of the local restaurants if you want breakfast.
Our room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The service at the front desk was wonderful. I loved that there was fresh cut pineapple served with breakfast and that coffee was available at all times. The hotel is 5 minutes from all sorts of activities and sites to see and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

There was no elevator.
Hotel was clean. Staff was really helpful and pleasant. Breakfast selection was good. Pool area was very nice and pool was fairly large.
