No elevator for heavy luggage and cooler. There aren't may eating options nearby. There was a large construction crew that stayed the night and they were LOUD, smoked marijuana, left the emergency exit opened all night and caused us to stay awake until past midnight! Would not stay here again because of this experience and the hotel not being aware any of this was going on until we told them the next day. I work in the criminal justice system and I have very thick skin and am not easily scared by anyone but this crew was very rough looking and they were drinking and smoking all night without employees knowing or putting a stop to it!

It was close to our hiking destinations and pet friendly.

Rooms located close to the lobby, where a continental breakfast is served each morning, may experience loud talking and other noise very early in the morning. I was awakened both mornings of my stay.

Wanted to sleep in until at least 7 AM, but couldn’t because people walking in the hallways and slamming doors as early as 5 AM. It might be useful to invest in something to muffle sound in the hallway, or perhaps close the rooms off more effectively — I noticed a rather large gap between the room door and the floor.

Room was clean and maintained. Pricing was reasonable.

No closet. We ate elsewhere for breakfast. Huge tub that we didn't use. Waste of space. We won't need to stay there again because there will be no more family weddings in Toccoa.

Even though the property had been recently updated, it had an institutional feel. Breakfast served downstairs; regardless it would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room.

My only issue (which really isn't a dislike) was the shower glass door would stay close. I had to place a hand towel behind it to keep it close. Other than that, it was great. My daughter didn't like that there isn't a pool.

Noise from adjacent room was very loud early in the evening. Then was kept awake by talking and slamming doors in the hallway at least until 11:30 PM. No nightstand or lamp next to beds was a little inconvenient.

It smelled a little funky passing by the rooms on the first floor. However they were rooms with hot tubs so it might have been from that. The door knob didn't work very well for our bathroom. Overall just a few minor maintenance issues. Nothing to dissuade me from staying again.

The location is excellent!! Within walking distance of a great Mexican restaurant as well as the local theater. We were there for a concert and it is an extremely convenient location. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town. The room was spacious and clean. I didn't have breakfast but I know it was offered. The shower was nice. I love a good shower.

My didn’t likes wasn’t with staff it’s with other guest not them. Loud dogs a couple of doors down. Someone didn’t clean up their dog poo and it had been stepped in and smeared at the side door where smoking was. Tried to sleep in and sounded like the people above us was coming through the ceiling at 6:30 in the morning. By 8:30 sounded like they were wrestling in the tub.

We have been going many years. They are up grading it is very nice. My booking was mixed up but the manager took care of that.

There was very little hot water in the shower. The sink and hot tub had it, but the shower remained luke-warm the whole time I was using it (and I gave it about 5 minutes to warm up.)

The hotel has recently been renovated. I stayed in this same room last year, and could see the upgrades. New sink, toilet, shower, flooring, HVAC, and window coverings. I can see that they have put a lot of effort into the remodel. The staff was charming, as usual, and made me feel exceptionally welcome when I arrived on Tuesday evening.
