I didn't receive back my $100 deposit for if there was any damages in my room after I checked of the hotel on Monday, April 8, 2024

I liked my room and accomodations, it was clean and kept up well.

Maybe need to work on more cleaness such as water station at lobby ( stain that i dont know) and found hair in the room when i checked in. Also shower was draining slowly. Maybe need wipes for breakfast tables so we can wipe it out after guests were using.

Room was spacious than i thought! Even with mini fridge and good size of working table. Breakfast was icluded! Coffeshop, some franchise restaurant were near by! So convinient within walking distance. Staffs were nice!

The towels were not sufficient. It was so frustrating that the body towels were not even adult size. The lights were not all on in the room. So the closet was dark. The room was not well lit at all. The WiFi did not work properly.

The room was nice. I thought it was cool that the bedroom was separated. The room was warm.

The carpet in the room felt warn and nasty. There was no hot water for a hot bath inwhich I desperately needed. The coffee maker didn't work. I had to get dress and go to the lobby. Inconvenient. But after all of that, the nice attendant was arguing so loudly with a couple when I came out of my 2nd floor room that I could hear them immediately upon exiting. Major turn off before coffee.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was a plus. The front desk attendant was polite.

Maid staff are horrible cleaners. Unclean shower head, un -vacuumed carpet. Itty bitty shower towels. They are continental breakfast is one of The nastiest hot bars I've ever seen.. Everything look almost jailhouse like. It looked old, gross, and if they're not cleaning the basic things that you can see. Are they really cleaning the machines that they put the food in. That hotel has gone to hell. They're charging people a $150 and nights to stay at a hotel. They're probably has the same cleaning as the motel six across the street. At this point, dusty equivalent of the hotel. How are you, a ratisse and chain? But you have Motel 6 vibes.. I gave this hotel in the chance. The last time I went horrible experience this time since I actually lived in the neighborhood. And I only wanted to really go for the Jacuzzi tub. I brought my own vacuum. The amount of dirt that I got from the broom was insane.. The showerhead clearly has never really been cleaned.. I paid a $150 of relief to clean my own room. They need to be paying me.. How are you charging down much money for a hotel? A doing the basic things.

The rooms were in need of some maintenance, only small well worn towels were provided and there was no plug so our son couldn’t have a bath.

I did not like the cleanliness of our room. The beds had stains and the bathroom did not feel as clean as it should be. The front desk staff were nice, but they did not know how to use booking.com well enough. They never received any updates or did not know how to read their system. They charged me for an extra day when I took a day off on booking.com months before the trip.

I liked the location, perfect for concerts at fed ex field. Very reasonable with food and shopping centered distance.
