The pull out bed looked to have a bad bad stain on the end of the bed.

The elevator is dirty. There's a stuffy odor in the lobby and the hall way on the floors. The carpet and furniture is nasty. Sheets are dingy

Beds were too stiff and too high. Bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained. It had loose caulk around tub, rotted drywall and there was dust on ledges under sink and trash build up where it would be hard for staff to clean.

Breakfast was excellent though it would have been even better if they had both bacon and sausage choices for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room we initially were supposed to be in, smelled of smoke, mind you- was supposed to be a non smoking room. The rooms were dirty, the shower had an open bar of soap and opened shampoo in the shower. Looked like the rooms hadn’t been vacuumed in some time- the carpets were stained everywhere. None of the phones were plugged in, we had to plug the phone in and lamps. Some outlets did not work. This Hotel is in desperate need of updating/fixing. Glad we only needed to stay for a short time. Plus side the staff was friendly.

Location was ok near some shops and food was easy to find, having traveled from a different area.

Front desk lady was nice but it seems she's the only one working at the front desk.

Pool was closed, Gym was closed, very old furniture in the room and they were stained really bad. Carpet was stained. I found a bag of donuts looks really old and cleaning have to be requested not automatic.

Wasn’t very clean. No breakfast one piece of bread, no meat, 1/2 bagel, spoon full of eggs, no fruit, very disappointed.

Wasn’t any food out this was 9:00 Saturday.

The mold in the corner of the bathroom by the tub.

Needed a thorough cleaning as well as maintenance…small repairs like filling the screw holes in the room with spackling not wet toilet paper. The morning clerk was friendly but the check in clerk needs to learn how to smile super unfriendly!

Pool is advertised online by pictures and that was the main reason I booked this hotel. Breakfast was very mediocre.

1st room-wasn't ready, beds not made. 2nd room-bathroom wasn't clean. 3rd room-shower rod broken, shower curtain too small, so water got on the floor; no safety strips on bottom of tub/shower, no grab bar inside shower.

The staff needs to do way better and the hospitality. The room barely gets serviced unless you say something it's ok everything was closed pools, business room and fitness

The room had big black stains all over the floor. It looked dirty, not very inviting at all! The room service was lacking. They emptied the trash, but nothing else. They didn’t leave any more shampoo or conditioner.

We stayed here because of the swimming pool and fitness center. However neither of the swimming pool or fitness center were working or open. I think management should not advertise a facility with an indoor pool and then charge the same and not have any gym or fitness available.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the lack of a swimming pool and fitness center working defeated the purpose of why we chose this property.

The hotel is run down and the rooms are old . Definitely not as clean as it should be . Floor and carpet are bad

The room was dirty, open AC vent that wouldn’t stay closed, carpet dirty, trash on floor, door handle broken, clock didn’t work. I wasted a little of my morning drink near the elevator. I immediately informed housekeeping. The spill was still there at check out time.have pictures on hand.

As it pertains to the common areas: 1) There was/is a noticeable unpleasant odor in the lobby upon walking in; 2) the elevator (exterior door and interior cab) was/is extremely filthy; 3) the lobby restroom had no toilet tissue (one roll however was provided by the front desk staff upon asking); 4) the pool was out of operation. As it pertains to the room: 5) the ottoman was dirty, to the point that I didn't touch or put anything on it; 6) the top bed sheet had a lite stain...just unappealing; 7) the bathroom lacked adequate tissue on the vanity in the tissue-box (there were like four sheets then it was out) and for the toilet as there was only one roll; 8) there was no shower curtain. So upon showering, the water got all over the bathroom floor, where I had to use available towels to soak up and clear the water off of the floor in order to be able to walk on the floor. Imagine if someone slips and falls on the wet floor. Whoa! As sit pertains to the operation: 9) I arrived at 5:15pm and the room wasn't ready for check-in. However, upon checking out, the staff compensated in that I was allowed a later than normal checkout time.

The front desk staff was nice. I was allowed a later than normal checkout.

There was mold in the first room, I was moved you could smell it but next room had the same issue with water damage to the ceiling there was an opening over the bed I slept in, the linen was dirty etc
