The location was good, the parking was free and the room was big enough.

The room was really old and needs renovation. It was very damp, and our room was close to the emergency exit, so there was a lot of people passing by and a lot of noise. The bathroom was also very old and needs improvement."

Very clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Customer service was unfriendly and unprofessional. The carpets in the rooms smell like mold.

Staff was very friendly, room was exactly what I needed & was very clean! The breakfast was very nice & the coffee was good! I enjoyed the hot water in the shower!

Location

Bad musty odor in rooms. We changed rooms 3x. Woke up to bedbugs and had to leave early.

Noise in the wall that rattled and made it hard to sleep. Was told by the staff that every room had a rattle in the wall so I would not move to another room

King room was nice. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good and staff was very friendly.

My wife said the hallway smelled a bit like dogs. I did not smell it.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and staff was pleasant

The fitness center. The air conditioning did not work. It had a unit in the room with a remote. The remote did not work and the unit did not. I went out to the front desk and the girl at the desk said the air doesn’t come from the unit it comes from the central air. Well the central air was working everywhere else but not in the room. When I brought the remote to her to ask for more batteries and also told her the stationary bike was not turning on or working- I was told “no one hardly ever uses that room.” So it was almost like, ok no one uses the room so let’s not fix what’s in it for the customers that do. There was also no towels or a water stand in the room as well. Poor facilities.

Easy check in and very helpful service getting us a last minute crib.
