We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStay was over all good, water pressure was low in shower, soap ran out of the wall mount dispenser on my second day. I left new unopened waters in my fridge I hope they would be used but upon arrival there was a left over salad in the fridge.
Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast. Staff was very polite, professional and friendly.
