Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Had to make multiple request for roomservice. The few times roomservice came to "clean" they would only take out trash. After the 3rd time I had to leave a note specifically asking to change bedsheets, sweep and clean the restroom. Once all that was straighten out stay was more pleasant. The facility sides doors always locked and the pool is dirty with brown water and broken equipment. I was pretty much there for work so I didnt spend too much time at the hotel but they could wprk on updating the facility. Staff was all very friendly.
Location, room was clean and bed comfy.

I had to wait for a room to be cleaned, cuz they over booked. But they got me in.
I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast. But the breakfast area did look nice.

I asked for a handy Capped room when I made the reservation. But upon arriving they gave me room 203. It was next to the last room on the 2nd floor .

property still in need of a lot of renovation. Re new old linen, drapes bed spread and pillows. Owners to make money and fair prices to win business success “ YOU MUST SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY !” This is my advice to Owner/Manager

The staff was a bit rude and careless, we got there at 3:00 and our bed was still not made. We asked for them and they brought them around 5:30
I liked the rooms, they look newer. The hotel itself looks very old and dirty. But the rooms were nice.

I was put in a room that the shower didn’t work for that first not, I was switched out the next day. But I still had to wash up.

Well, check in wasn't smooth, tried putting me in an occupied room, then had other rooms that were either broken for different reasons or dirty. Upper floor I stayed on and elevator smelled of marijuana.
It was quiet to a point, wifi was pretty fast, plenty of hot water.

When we checked in, the hallway that we needed to traverse to get to our room severely STUNK of cigarette smoke.! I complained to the desk person and she immediately sprayed and airated the entire hallway, solving the problem. Later in the evening I was aware that a very "sketchy" character was hanging around rhe door rhat we exited ro leave rhe bldg and access our car in the parking lot. I reported him and the same staff member rook care of the sutuation. I appreciated her attentiveness and professionalism. Breakfast area was closed for renovations. . .
Staff was excellent. Room was clean & comfortable, but no microwave or mini frig.

the breakfast was advertised to go till 9:30. when we got there at 9:00 most everything in hot food was gone. we asked if there were more eggs and they said no, if we made them at 9 they would all go to waste. There was 4 of us that wanted breakfast. I wish they would have warned us to get there by 8:30 if we wanted to eat.

rooms are very dated, light fixtures were either broken or not functional. Ceiling in the suite room was pealing terribly in the bedroom. probably wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
