I'm still getting used to every-other-day housekeeping, and they missed the day we were supposed to have it. However, they did make it up the following day. The breakfast was expensive, and we opted not to have it.

The location is great when I'm visiting family in the area. The hotel was clean and modern. We also appreciated the free parking. Basking Ridge, New Jersey is lovely. Also, the hotel is right near Trattoria Bolu, our favorite pizza restaurant!

There was no morning coffee except in room which is totally unacceptable. We had to purchase coffee at the counter. That was a 1st in all our travels. Powdered creamer in a room is not what we look forward to on a weekend.

We had no tv or streaming available Sunday and Monday. There was no resolution from staff. I asked for housekeeping Friday night when checking in and they did not take our garbage or bring towels Saturday. We had to get from the desk. We had 4 people but only 3 sets of towels. Weird.

The hotel is a pet friendly hotel and some areas smelled like pet urine odor. Rooms need some updating with some modern touch.

The included breakfast added significant value to my stay, but it was served in an unusual manner at this location. You have to order it at the bar, where only one person is working and there's a line of guests each morning, resulting in long wait times for food. Be sure to plan your morning accordingly.

The rooms were a bit small for the price. The food/breakfast portion was small for the prices but the food was excellent. Wish we could have signed into Amazon on the tv so we cold've watched our own movie but only Netflix was an option. We watched it on our computer instead.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The food was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and very fair.

Some tea bags and instant coffee would be nice in the Lobby along with the Hot chocolate next to the Hot water dispenser. Signage around the hotel could be more clear as to directions to different amenities . As well as the main outdoor sign in the street, if it was bigger we might not have drove past.

There's no real restaurant on site - just the bistro with a limited menu - and I didn't feel safe walking along the highway to get to one of the nearby restaurants, so I tended to stop somewhere on my way back to the hotel at night and pick up food. I'm also not a fan of the communal bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the shower wall, but I bring my own toiletries, so it wasn't a big deal.

Free parking. Perfect location just down the road from my office. Friendly desk folks. Appreciate having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, as I worked a lot of hours and it was nice to be able to warm up leftovers.

My reservation was still messed up when I got there. Booking sent me an email that it was straightened out but they couldn’t find my name. Finally after three people they put my name in wrong the third lady found it

When I booked the room through booking.com, I was told that breakfast was included, however, when I went to the hotel I was told that breakfast was extra. If I would have known, I would have chosen a different hotel with breakfast.

I Didn't like that my rooms toilet 🚽🪠 overflowed. The next room had a serious ant problem...The Staff is warm and welcoming these things couldn't be blamed on staff ..

We Absolutely LOVED the Breakfast 🥞🍳 The pool and Jacuzzi were Great and the drinks were made to perfection The Front Desk "Edgar" was a complete Hero!!! Suellerma was a Lady at the breakfast counter she makes your morning sunny 🌻🥰
