We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe location of the room, two floors below the lobby, was dark and had a view of a set of stairs. The Bistro was in expectantly closed all day. Breakfast was just OK with watery oatmeal and a Mayo based breakfast sandwich.
The front desk staff, especially Jennifer, are fantastic . This is a modern, well designed hotel. The rooms are somewhat small, but adequate. The TV and WiFi worked perfectly. Guest laundry was appreciated.

United StatesI always book hotels with a pool . However, on Sunday morning June 8th I went for a swim and There were no towel’s available in the pool area. I had to get the last 2 towels from the fitness center which was an inconvenience. .
To my surprise, the location was exceptional. There were boutique, galleries and outdoor art that was worth visiting. Jelly’s music room is a few steps away and that was a cool feature. From my room I could see Cuyahoga Valley National Park and as a bonus, I saw the scenic railroad train.
